Abstract: RU: Дается краткий обзор основных тенденций и концептуальных подходов к проблеме реализации личностно ориентированного подхода в учебном процессе в высшей школе, анализируется актуальность использования данного подхода при изучении дисциплины «Русский язык как иностранный».
EN: Of personality–oriented approach (POA) gradually established itself as a leading practice in high school, and today is increasingly asserting itself in the highest. It is the desire of researchers to develop ways to guide the learning process while maintaining the relative autonomy of each student the interest in motivational and strategic processes a student–centered approach to its characteristics such as strategic competence and motivational sphere of personality. The purpose of this article — the analysis of conceptual approaches to the implementation of the LLR in teaching Russian as a foreign language in higher educational institutions of technical profile. Modern innovative methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language include the development of activities of communicative competence, based on communicative–oriented approach [3, p. 11], namely the practical mastery of all kinds of speech and communicative use of RCTs in everyday business situations and in special; professional and vocational orientation; system for evaluating the degree of formation of the communicative competence of students of activity–based on the level of mastering a foreign language, as defined in the Common European Framework guidelines on language learning. Communicative competence, in accordance with which it is possible to determine the content vectors educational sphere «Foreign Language», consists of three main types: speech, language and socio–cultural.
