UK: У статті розглянуто особливості моделювання кредитоспроможності суб’єктів фінансової та страхової діяльності. Уточнено зміст категорії «кредитоспроможність». Наведено характеристику складників логістичної моделі для розрахунку інтегрального показника фінансового стану позичальника. Запропоновано алгоритм оцінювання фінансового стану боржника – юридичної особи фінансової та страхової діяльності
як послідовність взаємопов’язаних етапів. Наведено методику розрахунку системи фінансових показників за інформацією фінансової звітності підприємства. Розкрито порядок визначення класу боржника – юридичної
особи фінансової та страхової діяльності залежно від величини інтегрального показника фінансового стану та визначення коефіцієнта ймовірності дефолту для різних класів боржника. Узагальнено особливості алгоритму оцінювання фінансового стану боржника – юридичної особи фінансової та страхової діяльності.
RU: В статье исследованы особенности моделирования кредитоспособности субъектов финансовой и страховой деятельности. Уточнено содержание категории «кредитоспособность». Приведена характеристика составляющих логистической модели для расчета интегрального показателя финансового состояния заемщика. Предложен алгоритм оценки финансового состояния должника – юридического лица как последовательность взаимосвязанных этапов. Приведена методика расчета системы финансовых
показателей по информации финансовой отчетности предприятия. Раскрыт порядок определения класса должника – юридического лица финансовой и страховой деятельности в зависимости от величины интегрального показателя финансового состояния и определения коэффициента вероятности дефолта
для разных классов должника. Обобщены особенности алгоритма оценки финансового состояния должника – юридического лица финансовой и страховой деятельности.
EN: Range of problems of objective determination by bank institutions of solvency of different categories of borrowers, and accordingly and development of effective methodologies of evaluation of them acquires the financial state the special actuality in the conditions of objective necessity of increase of volumes of crediting of domestic enterprises in connection with economic difficulties and recession in trade through negative influence of quarantine limitations. The features of design of solvency of subjects of financial and insurance activity are considered in the article. Maintenance of category is specified «solvency». One of qualificatory elements of design of solvency there is an evaluation of the financial state of debtor on the basis of results of that the value of coefficient of probability of default is determined a bank. With the aim of providing of reliability and stability of the banking system, defence of interests of depositors and creditors of banks by the National bank of Ukraine the worked out «Statute about determination of Ukraine of size of credit risk banks on active bank transactions». Description over of constituents of logistic model is brought for the calculation of integral index of the financial state of borrower. The algorithm of evaluation of the financial state of debtor is offered – legal entity of financial and insurance activity as a sequence of the constrained stages. Methodology over of calculation of the system of financial indexes (indexes of capital, rapid liquidity, coverage of debt by gross revenue, to circulating of account payable, profitability to taxation) is brought on informtion of the financial reporting (to balance and report on financial results) of large (middle) and small enterprise. The order of determination of class of debtor is exposed – legal entity of financial and insurance activity depending on the size of integral index of the financial state
and determination of coefficient of probability of default for the different classes of debtor. The features of algorithm of
evaluation of the financial state of debtor are generalized – legal entity of financial and insurance activity.
