UK: В статті розкрито науково-практичні аспекти проблематики участі країн в системі міжнародних коопераційних зв’язків. Метою роботи стала систематизація підходів до оцінки рівня інтегрованості країн у відносинах міжнародної кооперації та розкриття їх прикладного потенціалу для розрахунку результуючих показників
участі економік відкритого типу в міжнародних контрактних зв’язках.
Аргументовано, що на тлі модернізації стратегічних підходів до їх участі в системі
світового виробництва та збуту у низці країн - глобальних лідерів, посилюються
дискурс щодо відмови від практики розширення міжнародних мереж корпоративних та позакорпоративних зв’язків, а відтак існують ризики трансформації ключових центрів глобального інвестування, проміжного споживання та кінцевого виробництва. Систематизація поширених методик оцінювання рівнів інтегрованості країн у систему міжнародних контрактних відносин виявила, що їх диференціювання зумовлено критеріальними ознаками вимірювання: ті, що апелюють до частки імпортованого проміжного споживання у валовому споживанні; ті, що дають змогу оцінити вертикальну спеціалізацію у глобальних виробничих та збутових ланцюгах створення доданої вартості; ті, що ґрунтуються на показнику частки імпортованого проміжного споживання в валовому випуску. На основі використання одного із методичних підходів було здійснено розрахунок індикатора інтенсивності участі країн в міжнародних контрактних відносинах. Розрахунки довели, що серед 40 країн світу, що були протестовані, найбільш інтегрованими до системи міжнародної кооперації в розрізі контрактних відносин виявились європейські країни, зокрема
Ірландія, Люксембург, Естонія, Угорщина, Словаччина, Бельгія, Нідерланди, які
можна віднести до малих відкритих економік. Разом з тим розрахунки показали
відносно нижчі щабелі рейтингу розвинених великих країн, зокрема США, Японії та
Австралії. Зроблено висновок про те, що такий стан обумовлено не стільки низьким рівнем залучення великих країн до міжнародних коопераційних процесів, стільки методологією розрахунку і більшою часткою національної внутрішньої доданої вартості щодо отриманої від нерезидентів з огляду значних масштабів їх
національного виробництва. Визначено, що подальші дослідження окресленої
проблематики стосуються більш поглибленого аналізу макроекономічних ефектів
участі країн у системі міжнародної кооперації з виокремленням її впливу на різні
групи держав. Потребує також подальшого аналізу ідентифікація секторальних
відмінностей у використанні транскордонних контрактних відносин, зокрема у
частині їх специфіки для виробничого сектору та сфери послуг.
EN: The given article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of the issue of countries participation in international cooperation ties systems. The aim of the
research is the systematization of approaches to assess the integration level of countries in international cooperation relations and development of their potential
application to calculate the resulting indicators of open economies participation in international contractual relations. It was argued that despite the modernization of
strategic approaches to their participation in the system of global production and distribution in several countries - global leaders, reinforced the discourse on the
practice of expansion of the international networks rejection represented by intra- and extracorporate (out of corporate) bonds and, therefore, there is a risk of the key centers transformation, in particular global investment, intermediate consumption and final production. Systematization of the common methods of evaluating countries’ integration levels in the system of international contracting founds that differentiation is determined by its criterial measuring characteristics: those that appeal to the share of imported intermediate consumption in total consumption; those that allow to estimate
vertical specialization in global production and distribution value added chains; those based on the share index of imported intermediate consumption in gross output. On the basis of one of the methodological approaches, the intensity indicator of participation in international contractual relations was estimated. Calculations have proved that among the 40 countries that were tested, the most integrated in the system of international cooperation in the contractual relations context appeared European
countries, including Ireland, Luxembourg, Estonia, Hungary, Belgium, the Netherlands, which can be attributed to small open economies. However, the figures
have showed relatively lower level of large developed countries rating, including the USA, Japan and Australia. Thus, it was concluded that this situation is not stipulated
by that much low involvement of major international cooperative processes, as the calculation methodology and a greater share of the national domestic added value
obtained from non-residents on taking into account significant proportions of their national production. It was also determined that the further research may be referred to more in-depth analysis of the macroeconomic effects of countries participation in international cooperation with distinguishing its impact on different groups of countries. The further analysis is also required for identification of sectoral differences
in the use of cross-border contractual relations, in particular, in terms of their specificity for the manufacturing sector and the services sector.
