персоналу; конфігурування та переналагодження обладнання; відрядження;
прогнозування несправностей та відновлення системи адміністрування;
EN: With the aid of grouping and systematization methods scientific and methodological
provisions on the cost formation of a project on construction of an administration system
in the management of enterprises and in public-private partnerships, distinguished
between the existing ones by taking into account the main and auxiliary processes in
such systems, as well as management processes, which enables financiers and
economists to plan the necessary financial resources and form budgets were improved.
The main processes in the administration systems include search, processing and
transfer of necessary information; verification of documentation on adequacy to its
practical use; analysis and updating information, if necessary, and re-approval of
documentation; ensuring identification of changes and status of documentation viewing;
ensuring the availability of documents’ relevant versions in the places where they are
applied; ensuring the proper preservation of documentation and information; ensuring
identification of information and documents of external origin and dispatch
management; preventing unintended use of obsolete documents and information, etc.
Auxiliary processes in administration systems include the following: provision of
administration system with resources; preparation of the administration system for
implementation; maintenance of the technological component of the administration
system; carrying out of regulatory work; staff training; configuration of equipment;
assignment; forecasting of failures and administration system restoration; forming
archives with documentation and information, etc. In its turn, the processes of managing
administration systems include software and hardware purchase; development of the
administration system’s technological component; communication establishment;
personnel work; coordination between enterprise’s divisions and third-party
organizations, etc. Improved scientific and methodological provisions on the cost
formation of the administration system construction are interesting due to the fact that
they enable to identify and monitor the fixed, variable and overhead costs in this
direction, as well as to identify the factors of such costs.
