Тенденції розвитку суспільства свідчать про те, що соціально-економічні зміни суттєво впливають на реакцію споживачів транспортних послуг, і головним питанням автосервісу стає залучення та утримання постійних клієнтів.

С возникновением Интернет-технологий конкурентная борьба становится все более сложной, и поиск и удержание постоянных клиентов превращается в ежедневную тяжелую работу. Тенденции развития общества свидетельствуют о том, что социально-экономические изменения существенно влияют на реакцию потребителей транспортных услуг, и главным вопросом автосервиса становится привлечение

EN: The article proposes an algorithm for the use of interactive channels of communication with customers, which will help car service companies to improve their marketing activities and increase their competitiveness. The main task of the car service companies is to ensure the social and economic efficiency of the car and create conditions for the fullest use of its capabilities. Therefore, the Ukrainian market is full of car service companies. With the advent of Internet technology, competition is becoming more and more complex and the search and retention of regular customers is turning into a hard day's work. Trends in the development of society indicate that socio-economic changes significantly affect the reaction of consumers of transport services and the main issue of the car service is the attraction and maintenance of regular customers. The research of scientific works makes it possible to conclude that interactive marketing is formed on the basis of all Internet technologies of society. But the undeniable theoretical and empirical importance of development and the practical significance of the application of innovative approaches to the analysis of the process of coordination of elements of interactive marketing communications by market actors, as well as insufficient instrumental and methodological development of technologies of rational combination of marketing communications for the effective impact of enterprise communications programs on consumers and partners due to the urgency dissertation research, setting its goals and objectives. Therefore, the article focuses on the formation of organizational and economic provision of the system of interactive marketing, which will enable car service companies to effectively use their potential. Due to the implementation of the proposed algorithm for interactive channels of communication with customers, car service companies
will be able to avoid risks in choosing a marketing strategy, expand the target audience and attract new business partners. Consequently, the above arguments in favor of the relevance of the problem chosen by the subject of research, to a sufficient extent, confirm its theoretical significance with a clearly expressed practical orientation.
