UK: Статтю присвячено визначенню місця консалтингу в системі аграрного сервісу, а також дослідженню відмінних рис консалтингу та агроконсалтингу в сучасних економічних умовах. Визначено, що продуктом консалтингу є консалтингові послуги у формі стійких консалтингових проектів, а основа консалтингу на відміну від агроконсалтингу переважно комерційна. Досліджено та розкрито зміст дефініцій «аграрний сервіс», «консалтинг» та «аграрний консалтинг», надано авторське тлумачення поняття «консалтинг в аграрному сервісі». Зосереджено увагу на особливостях розвитку сфери консалтингових послуг у контексті глобальної інформатизації суспільства, а також надано класифікацію невиробничих послуг в
аграрному бізнесі.
RU: В статье рассматриваются вопросы, посвященные определению места консалтинга в системе аграрного сервиса, а также исследованию отличительных особенностей консалтинга и агроконсалтинга в
современных экономических условиях. В процессе исследований определено, что продуктом консалтинга являются консалтинговые услуги в форме устойчивых консалтинговых проектов, а основа консалтинга в отличие от агроконсалтинга преимущественно коммерческая. Исследовано и раскрыто содержание дефиниций «аграрный сервис», «консалтинг» и «аграрный консалтинг», представлено авторское толкование понятия «консалтинг в аграрном сервисе». Сосредоточено внимание на особенностях развития
сферы консалтинговых услуг в контексте глобальной информатизации общества, а также представлена классификация непроизводственных услуг в аграрном бизнесе.
EN: Global processes in the modern economy, first of all, affect the integration of markets, which leads to increased interconnectedness and mutual influence of national economies of different countries. This applies to almost all types of markets, including service markets. Service providers in Ukraine have been affected by a number of significant changes, directly related to globalization: accession to the WTO, European integration processes, consumer demands, scientific and technological progress, revolutionary changes in corporate information society, rethinking
approaches before doing business, developing new sales technologies, etc. In the context of these changes, the task of producers is to reduce costs, increase their own competitiveness by acquiring professional consulting services. Experts point out that in the context of globalization of the economy and the development of e-commerce, an important role will be played by outsourcing, as a way of transferring the secondary functions of enterprises to specialized companies. Currently, many enterprises in Ukraine use the services of IT professionals, marketing, auditing,
finance, etc. The article is devoted to the definition of the place of consulting in the system of agrarian service, as well as the study of the distinctive features of consulting and agro-consulting in the modern economic conditions. It is determined that the consulting product is consulting services in the form of sustainable consulting projects, and the basis of consulting, in contrast to agro-consulting, is mostly commercial. The content of the definitions of “agrarian service”, “consulting” and “agrarian consulting” are explored and disclosed, and the author's interpretation of the
concept “consulting in agrarian service” is provided. The attention is focused on the peculiarities of the development of consulting services in the context of the global information society, as well as the classification of non-productive services in the agriculture business.
