EN: Sustainable development and “green” innovation management are currently considered as key determinants of a deep transformation of the national economic model of Ukraine in the context of digitalization, structural changes in world markets and post-war reconstruction. These processes not only set strategic guidelines for the modernization
of production systems, but also determine the possibilities of Ukraine’s integration into global value chains, where
environmental friendliness, energy efficiency and technological flexibility are valued. The study focuses on the analysis of
global trends in the transition to resource-efficient and low-carbon economies, in which innovative solutions are organically
combined with environmental imperatives. This approach forms a new paradigm of economic development that combines
economic feasibility, social responsibility and rational use of nature. The experience of a number of countries demonstrates
that green innovation management is capable of acting as a driving force for economic transformation. For example,
in the Scandinavian countries, the circular economy is consistently developing thanks to intersectoral scientific and
technological consortia, the widespread use of renewable energy, and state incentives for corporations and communities.
Germany is implementing a structural restructuring of the energy sector (Energiewende), combining the development
of renewable energy sources with the digitalization of network management systems and industrial complexes. South
Korea is implementing a “green digital course” policy, which involves large-scale state investments in resource-saving
platforms, automation of environmental monitoring, and infrastructure data for industrial manufacturers. In Ukraine, the
current situation is characterized by an increase in investments in green technologies, but at the same time a significant
digital gap remains compared to EU countries, which complicates the processes of modernization of production. There
are also risks of strengthening carbon export regulation, in particular within the framework of the CBAM mechanism,
which creates the need for an accelerated transition of industry to decarbonized technologies. A practical case study of a
leading Ukrainian enterprise has shown that the introduction of digital twins of technological processes can significantly
reduce energy consumption, reduce costs, and increase the accuracy of management decisions.
