В роботі проаналізовано сутність конфліктів у трудових колективах, їх види, причини виникнення та наслідки для організаційної діяльності. Визначено особливості прояву конфліктів у Шевченківській районній у місті Дніпрі раді, досліджено соціально‑психологічні чинники, що впливають на рівень конфліктності в колективі. Розглянуто сучасні моделі та методи управління конфліктами.

The thesis analyzes the nature of conflicts in labor collectives, their types, causes, and consequences for organizational activity, as well as the specific features of conflict manifestation in the Shevchenkivska District Council in the city of Dnipro and the socio-psychological factors influencing the level of conflict within the collective. The research considers modern models and methods of conflict management.
