UK: Магістерська кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних засад, сучасних тенденцій та практичних аспектів автоматизації обліку витрат у міжнародному бізнесі в умовах цифрової трансформації глобальної економіки.
У роботі розкрито теоретико-методологічні основи автоматизації фінансових процесів, проаналізовано роль цифрових технологій, штучного інтелекту, ERP-систем та систем управління витратами у формуванні ефективної фінансової політики міжнародних корпорацій. Досліджено сучасні підходи до управління витратами у транснаціональних компаніях, зокрема стратегічний, функціональний, інноваційний та екологічний підходи, а також їх вплив на конкурентоспроможність у глобальному середовищі.
Проведено порівняльний аналіз автоматизованих систем (SAP, Concur, AppZen, Oracle), визначено їх можливості, обмеження та ефекти від впровадження. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу процесів T&E (Travel & Expense) та ролі автоматизації у зниженні ризиків, підвищенні прозорості та ефективності фінансових операцій.
У практичній частині здійснено аналіз функціонування автоматизованої системи обліку витрат у компанії «Nestlé», розглянуто роботу T&E-процесів та проведено оцінку ефективності застосовуваних цифрових інструментів управління витратами. Розроблено рекомендації щодо оптимізації облікових процесів на основі впровадження сучасних систем автоматизації, удосконалення контролю, підвищення аналітичної точності та зменшення транзакційних витрат.
EN: The master's qualification work is devoted to the study of theoretical foundations, modern trends and practical aspects of cost accounting automation in international business in the context of digital transformation of the global economy.
The work reveals the theoretical and methodological foundations of financial process automation, analyzes the role of digital technologies, artificial intelligence, ERP systems and cost management systems in the formation of effective financial policy of international corporations. Modern approaches to cost management in transnational companies are studied, in particular strategic, functional, innovative and environmental approaches, as well as their impact on competitiveness in the global environment.
A comparative analysis of automated systems (SAP, Concur, AppZen, Oracle) is carried out, their capabilities, limitations and effects of implementation are determined. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of T&E (Travel & Expense) processes and the role of automation in reducing risks, increasing transparency and efficiency of financial transactions.
In the practical part, the functioning of the automated cost accounting system at Nestlé was analyzed, the work of T&E processes was considered, and the effectiveness of the digital cost management tools used was assessed. Recommendations were developed for optimizing accounting processes based on the implementation of modern automation systems, improving control, increasing analytical accuracy, and reducing transaction costs.
