UK: Метою роботи є розроблення проєкту основ і фундаментів будівлі збірки
модулів, запланованої до зведення на території Хмельницької області. У процесі
дослідження виконано варіантне проєктування двох типів пальових фундаментів: на
буронабивних палях діаметром 400 мм та на вдавлюваних палях перерізом 300×300
мм. Окрім цього, проаналізовано можливість улаштування окремого фундаменту на
штучній основі у вигляді ґрунтової подушки. У межах науково-дослідного розділу
запроєктовано варіант фундаментів на штучній основі, сформованій шляхом
улаштування ґрунтоцементних елементів.
За результатами техніко-економічного порівняння з урахуванням показників
вартості та трудомісткості оптимальним прийнято варіант фундаменту на
буронабивних палях діаметром 400 мм і довжиною 6,8 м.
EN: The purpose of the work is to develop a project of the base and foundations of the
building of the module assembly, planned for construction in the Khmelnytskyi region. In
the process of research, a variant design of two types of pile foundations was performed:
on root piles with a diameter of 400 mm and on jacked-in piles with a cross section of
300×300 mm. In addition, the possibility of arranging a separate foundation on an artificial
base in the form of a soil cushion was analyzed. Within the framework of the scientific and
research section, a variant of foundations on an artificial base formed by arranging soilcement elements was also designed.
According to the results of a technical and economic comparison, taking into account
cost and labor intensity, the optimal variant of the foundation on root piles with a diameter
of 400 mm and a length of 6.8 m was adopted.
