UK: У дипломному проєкті представлено комплексне бачення реконструкції
будівлі, розташованої за адресою вул. Госпітальна, 1 у місті Дніпро, із
трансформацією історичного профілакторію в об’єкт сучасного культурного
призначення. Запропонована концепція передбачає музеєфікацію та відновлення
пам’ятки архітектури 1927 року з урахуванням необхідних змін в архітектурнопланувальній структурі будівлі відповідно до нових функціональних вимог.
Проєкт спрямований на вирішення актуальних завдань розвитку сучасного
міського середовища, зокрема збереження та переосмислення історикокультурної спадщини, адаптивного використання об’єктів архітектурної
спадщини та формування соціально значущих просторів. Особливий акцент
зроблено на створенні середовища, орієнтованого на потреби ментального
відновлення, культурного розвитку та суспільної взаємодії мешканців міста.
Архітектурно-художня концепція ґрунтується на принципах дбайливого
ставлення до історичної тканини будівлі, збереження її об’ємно-просторової
композиції та гармонійної інтеграції нових функцій без втрати автентичності та
архітектурної цінності. Основною метою проєкту є формування центру
культурної спадщини та ментального відпочинку, що поєднує музейну, освітню,
реабілітаційну та громадську функції та відповідає сучасним соціокультурним
запитам міста Дніпро.
У межах проєкту проаналізовано містобудівні умови розміщення об’єкта,
історико-культурний контекст його формування, а також технічний та фізичний
стан будівлі. На цій основі запропоновано комплекс архітектурно-планувальних,
об’ємно-просторових і конструктивних рішень. Окрему увагу приділено
функціональному зонуванню поверхів, експлікації приміщень, а також
визначенню потенціалу подальшого розвитку й адаптації об’єкта в структурі
міського середовища.
EN: The thesis project presents a comprehensive vision for the reconstruction of the
building located at 1 Hospitalna Street in Dnipro, transforming the historic sanatorium
into a modern cultural facility. The proposed concept involves the museumification and
restoration of the 1927 architectural monument, taking into account the necessary
changes in the architectural and planning structure of the building in accordance with
new functional requirements.
The project aims to address the pressing issues of modern urban development, in
particular the preservation and reinterpretation of historical and cultural heritage, the
adaptive use of architectural heritage sites, and the creation of socially significant
spaces. Particular emphasis is placed on creating an environment focused on the needs
of mental recovery, cultural development, and social interaction among city residents.
The architectural and artistic concept is based on the principles of careful
treatment of the historical fabric of the building, preservation of its spatial composition,
and harmonious integration of new functions without losing authenticity and
architectural value. The main goal of the project is to create a center for cultural heritage
and mental relaxation that combines museum, educational, rehabilitation, and public
functions and meets the modern sociocultural needs of the city of Dnipro.
The project analyzes the urban planning conditions for the location of the facility,
the historical and cultural context of its formation, as well as the technical and physical
condition of the building. On this basis, a set of architectural, planning, spatial, and
structural solutions is proposed. Particular attention is paid to the functional zoning of
floors, the explication of premises, and the determination of the potential for further
development and adaptation of the facility within the urban environment.
