UK: Метою роботи є розробка та обґрунтування архітектурно-будівельного
рішення утеплення фасадів та покрівлі будівлі дошкільного закладу.
За результатами виконання роботи проаналізовано стан об’єкта та
встановлено можливість реалізації заходів з термореновації. Запропоновано
архітектурно-конструктивні рішення з утеплення зовнішніх стін і покрівлі, а
також визначено показники енергетичної ефективності будівлі до та після
впровадження заходів з модернізації. Додатково виконано оцінку доцільності
розміщення сонячної електростанції на покрівлі будівлі.
EN: The purpose of the work is to develop and justify architectural and
construction solutions for insulating the facades and roof of a preschool building.
Based on the results of the work, the condition of the facility was analyzed
and the possibility of implementing thermal renovation measures was established.
Architectural and structural solutions for insulating the exterior walls and roof
were proposed, and the energy efficiency indicators of the building before and after
the implementation of modernization measures were determined. In addition, an
assessment of the feasibility of installing a solar power plant on the roof of the
building was carried out.
