UK: У статті досліджено лідерство служіння як ефективний стиль управління в умовах організаційних змін. На
основі теоретичного аналізу, порівняльного підходу та практичних кейсів встановлено, що принципи лідерства
служіння сприяють формуванню довіри, мотивації та залученості персоналу. Проведено порівняльний аналіз
моделей PAEI І. Адізеса, лідерства служіння та змін за Д. Коттером, що дозволив виокремити роль інтегратора
як чинника згуртованості та емоційної безпеки. Визначено відповідності між етапами змін, управлінськими
ролями та гуманістичними засадами лідерства служіння, на основі чого розроблено практичну модель управління трансформаціями, що поєднує структурну логіку, етичне лідерство та алгоритм змін. Модель може бути
використана для навчання управлінців, діагностики стилів лідерства та підтримки організаційних змін. Запропоновано рекомендації для менеджерів щодо формування команд і культури довіри. Представлена рамка управління змінами має потенціал для адаптації в різних організаційних контекстах.
EN: This article explores servant leadership as an effective managerial approach for guiding organizational change in an
ethical, sustainable, and human-centered manner. The relevance of the study arises from the increasing complexity of
transformation processes in modern organizations and the growing demand for leadership styles that foster trust,
collaboration, and psychological safety. The aim is to substantiate the integration of servant leadership principles into
established models of organizational change and to develop practical recommendations for managers seeking to
implement transformations responsibly and effectively.
The methodology combines theoretical synthesis, comparative analysis, and case-based reflection. Three conceptual
frameworks were examined: Adizes’ PAEI model, Kotter’s eight-step model of organizational change, and servant
leadership. Particular attention was devoted to the integrator role, which embodies empathy, care, and communitybuilding, and proves critical for maintaining cohesion and emotional security during change initiatives. Functional
correspondences between leadership roles, stages of transformation, and servant leadership principles were identified,
revealing the potential synergy of these approaches.
On the basis of these findings, a practical model of change management was developed. It integrates structural logic, ethical leadership principles, and a step-by-step transformation algorithm, thereby combining strategic vision,
organizational stability, and humanistic values. The model provides managers with guidance on balancing leadership
roles, building trust-based teams, and embedding ethical considerations into decision-making. It also emphasizes the
importance of integrative competencies, coaching practices, and the creation of psychologically safe environments that
support long-term transformation.
The proposed framework can serve as a diagnostic tool for leadership styles, a training resource for managers and
change agents, and a strategic guide for organizational development. Furthermore, it encourages a paradigm shift from
control-based management to servant leadership, where influence is achieved through trust and shared purpose. By
bridging structural and humanistic approaches, the model contributes to applied leadership theory and offers a replicable
solution for ethically grounded organizational change across diverse contexts.
