UK: У статті досліджено роль цифрової трансформації у забезпеченні адаптивності бізнесу до соціальних і технологічних змін. Розкрито стратегічні напрями підвищення гнучкості підприємств на основі методології дизайн-мислення, що поєднує технологічні інновації з гуманістичними цінностями. Узагальнено переваги, бар’єри
та ризики цифровізації бізнес-процесів, обґрунтовано значення цифрової зрілості, соціальної відкритості та
розвитку цифрових компетентностей персоналу. Запропоновано алгоритм моделювання цифрового підприємства з адаптивною, безпечною й клієнтоорієнтованою архітектурою бізнес-процесів. Доведено, що синергія цифрової трансформації та дизайн-мислення формує гнучке, інноваційне середовище, підвищує стійкість і конкурентоспроможність підприємств у динамічному соціотехнологічному просторі.
EN: The article reveals the scientific and practical aspects of digital transformation as a key factor in increasing business
adaptability to social and technological changes. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to ensure the flexibility of
enterprises in the conditions of a dynamic environment, rapid changes in technologies, behavioral models of consumers
and labor practices. Digitalization is considered not only as a process of implementing the latest IT solutions, but as a
systemic transformation of management approaches, organizational culture and ways of interaction with stakeholders.
Special attention is paid to the use of design thinking as a methodology that combines technological innovation with a
humanistic approach to the development of the organization aimed at understanding user needs, joint value creation and
forming a culture of cooperation.
The purpose of the study is to substantiate the role of digital transformation in ensuring business adaptability to social
and technological changes and to determine strategic directions for increasing the flexibility of enterprises based on the
design thinking methodology. The research methodology is based on systemic, comparative and functional approaches,
as well as on methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization. The methods of expert analysis, structural and logical
modeling and a project approach to the development of a road map for the digitalization of the enterprise were used to
assess digital adaptability.
As a result of the study, the advantages, barriers and risks of digitalization of business processes of enterprises of
various industries are summarized. It was found that the effectiveness of digital transformation is determined not only by the level of technological modernization, but also by the ability of the enterprise to integrate digital innovations into its
own development strategy, ensuring a balance between technological rationality and social empathy. A step-by-step
model of digitalization based on a design thinking approach is proposed, which covers user needs identification, digital
maturity audit, idea generation, prototyping, solution testing and scaling of digital innovations. It has been proven that
the use of Design Sprint methods and cross-functional interaction increases the speed of the innovation cycle, contributes
to the development of digital competencies of personnel and the formation of trust in technological changes.
The practical value of the article lies in the development of an algorithm for building a digital enterprise with an
adaptive, secure and client-oriented architecture of business processes, which takes into account the needs of internal
and external users. The proposed recommendations can be used by enterprises during the development of digital
development strategies, implementation of intelligent management systems, optimization of the organizational structure,
decentralization of production and formation of digital culture.
