Інтелектуальне лідерство як чинник сталого розвитку

Abstract

UK: У статті проаналізовано та узагальнено методологічні підходи до дослідження феномену інтелектуального лідерства як чинника сталого розвитку та імперативів його прояву в економічному середовищі. Здійснено спробу осмислення проблеми інтелектуального лідерства. Охарактеризовано сутність інтелектуального лідерства, його прояви, основні детермінанти формування. Проаналізовано світову практику чим підтверджено значимість інтелектуальних ресурсів в організаціях. Візначено, що інтелектуальне лідерство співставляється з національним інтересом, тому що за його допомогою формується стале середовище, яке забезпечить нові цілі політики держави. Обгрунтовано інтелектуальне лідерство як ефективна стратегія для залучення нових клієнтів організації. Визначено основні показники, за якими оцінюють ефективність реалізації інтелектуального лідерства.

EN: The article analyzes and summarizes methodological approaches and practical recommendations for studying the phenomenon of intellectual leadership as a factor of sustainable development and the imperatives of its manifestation in the economic environment. When conducting the research, a method such as content analysis was used. An attempt was made to understand the problem of intellectual leadership. The essence of intellectual leadership, its manifestations, and the main determinants of its formation are characterized. World practice is analyzed, which confirms the importance of intellectual resources in organizations.It has been determined that, unlike traditional forms of leadership, intellectual leadership focuses on demonstrating competence and providing valuable insights, building trust in the team. Intellectual leadership is substantiated as an effective strategy for attracting new customers, which proceeds from the fact that the main support of any organization is a leader who owns his own area of leadership, the ability to work effectively in a team of complementary leaders. The implementation of intellectual leadership leads, first of all, to the formation of corporate intellectual capital and increasing the intellectual level of personnel at enterprises, organizations, and institutions. During the study, recommendations were developed for the development of intellectual leadership in Ukraine, among which the need to study the concept of leadership in countries that occupy leading positions in the development of a knowledge-based economy in the relevant regions (Singapore, Japan, Iceland, Taiwan, Finland, Hong Kong) should be highlighted, formation of a number of psychometric indicators characteristic of manager-leaders who provide a creative atmosphere of justice and trust in enterprises and development, testing and implementation of scales that measure certain characteristics of manager-leaders. A conclusion is drawn regarding the definition of the intellectual properties of a leader, as well as the key skills by which the effectiveness of their implementation is assessed.
