Економічна безпека промислової галузі як ключовий елемент економічної безпеки національної економіки

Abstract

UK: Стаття присвячена дослідженню сутності та структури економічної безпеки промислової галузі як однієї із складових елементів загальнонаціональної безпеки. Досліджено зміст поняття «економічна безпека» закріпленого у нормативних документах та наукових джерелах. Проаналізована структура та зміст складових економічної безпеки держави. Визначено місце економічної безпеки промислової галузі у системі національної безпеки. Проаналізовано підходи структурування складників економічної безпеки галузі. Допрацьовано та доповнено складові економічної безпеки промислової галузі з огляду на сучасні умови функціонування економіки та з урахуванням викликів та загроз сучасного середовища функціонування промислових підприємств. Доцільність кожного із запропонованих складових економічної безпеки промислової галузі України обґрунтована, а також надана стисла характеристика кожної з них, яка описує її значення та місце у запропонованій структурі.

EN: Under martial law, industrial enterprises suffer significant losses due to enemy attacks, lack of raw materials, problems with electricity, and the outflow of workers abroad. Ensuring economic security at industrial enterprises is a priority task for state leaders, which requires new approaches to its formation. Purpose of the article consists in the theoretical substantiation of the essence of the components and structure of the economic security of the industrial sector of Ukraine in the modern changing conditions of economic development. Methodology. The paper analyzes regulatory and scientific sources devoted to economic security. A comparative method is used to determine the relationship between regulatory and theoretical aspects of the formation of the structure of economic security at different levels. The method is appliedabstraction and logical analysis to develop a structure of economic security for the industrial sector of Ukraine. Results of the survey. The article is devoted to the study of the essence and structure of the economic security of the industrial sector as one of the components of national security. The content of the concept of "economic security" enshrined in regulatory documents and scientific sources is studied. The structure and content of the components of the economic security of the state is analyzed. The place of the economic security of the industrial sector in the national security system is determined. The approaches to structuring the components of the economic security of the sector are analyzed. The components of the economic industrial sector are refined and supplemented in view of the modern conditions of the functioning of the economy and taking into account the challenges and threats of the modern environment of the functioning of industrial enterprises. The feasibility of each of the proposed components of the economic security of the industrial sector of Ukraine is substantiated, and a brief characteristic of each of them is provided, which describes its meaning and place in the proposed structure. The research highlights the importance of ensuring the resilience and adaptability of the industrial sector to internal and external economic challenges in order to maintain sustainable national development
