В роботі проаналізовано (обґрунтовано, доведено) класичну модель взаємодії економіки та держави, визначено інструменти та методи регулювання економіки, проаналізовано національні соціально-економічні моделі країн світу., проаналізовано процеси цифровізації світової економіки, проаналізовано державні заходи регулювання розвитку цифрової економіки проведено порівняння міжнародних практик державної політики реалізації концепції Smart City, запропоновано модель державного регулювання економіки в сучасних умовах та інституційний механізм формування проєктів Smart City в урбанізованих регіонах.
EN: The master's qualification work is devoted to research into public administration of the economy in the context of digitalization.
Analyzed in this work (reasonably proven) the classical model of interaction between the economy and the state, the tools and methods of regulating the economy are identified, the national socio-economic models of the countries of the world are analyzed, the processes of digitalization of the world economy are analyzed, state measures for regulating the development of the digital economy are analyzed, a comparison of international practices of state policy for implementing the Smart City concept is carried out, a model of state regulation of the economy in modern conditions and an institutional mechanism for the formation of Smart City projects in urbanized regions are proposed.
