EN: The master's qualification work is devoted to investigation the processes of forming the personnel policy of state institutions.
Analyzed in this work (reasonably proven) concepts, subjects, objects and methods of implementation of the state personnel policy; nutrition of personnel policy in the government service; the components of the personnel policy of the state establishment are characterized; the peculiarity of the personnel policy of the sovereign establishment is indicated in the minds of insignificance; an analysis of the activities of the last Braginiv Rural Committee was carried out; the influx of personnel policy on the effectiveness of the implementation of the strategy in the application of the Vikonovsky Committee of Braginiv for Rural Affairs was identified; an analysis of the formation of the personnel policy of the government service system of Ukraine was carried out; an analysis of foreign research on the formation and implementation of personnel policies was carried out; the mechanism for forming personnel policy in the system of municipal self-government has been broken down; The principles for the formation and implementation of personnel policy in the authorities of Ukraine are outlined.
