UK: В сучасних конкурентних умовах успіх підприємств зв’язку залежить від
ефективного впровадження організаційних змін у свою постійну діяльність, що в
свою чергу потребує відповідної системи менеджменту. В статті проаналізовано
та систематизовано фактори впливу внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища
підприємства, що обумовлюють необхідність організаційних змін. Розроблено
методику комплексної оцінки впливу факторів на формування потреби в змінах.
В контексті сучасних умов господарювання підприємств зв’язку запропонована
в статті методика набуває значної актуальності через постійно мінливі умови
ринкового середовища, високий рівень конкуренції на ринку
телекомунікаційних послуг та швидкий розвиток технологій. Розроблена
методика дає змогу комплексно визначити усі можливі фактори впливу на
формування потреби в організаційних змінах на підприємствах зв’язку виходячи
із специфіки їх функціонування та високого рівня динамізму телекомунікаційної
галузі. Запропонований коефіцієнт факторного впливу дає змогу прийняти
ефективне управлінського рішення щодо напрямів стратегічних орієнтирів
організаційних змін на підприємствах зв’язку.
EN: In modern competitive environment the success of telecommunication enterprise’s
performance depends on effective implementation of organizational changes in its
regular activity, which in turn requires a relative management system. The authors
analyze and systematize the influence by those factors of internal and external
environment of the company, which determine the necessity of organizational changes.
The method of complex assessment of those factors impact on the organizational
change need has been worked out. This method, in the context of current economic conditions for telecommunication enterprises, becomes important because of a high
level of competition on the telecommunications market and the rapid development of
technology. The method proposed by authors allow to identify in complex all possible
factors that influence on the formation of the need for organizational changes at the
telecommunication enterprises based on the specifics of their performance and a high
level of dynamism in the telecommunications industry. The coefficient of factor
impact has been also proposed in the article. It enables management to take effective decisions on areas of strategic guidelines of organizational changes at the telecommunication enterprises.
