Визначення ефективності експлуатації автосамоскидів та удосконалення напрямів підвищення їх конкурентоспроможності при перевезенні гірських порід

Abstract

UK: Проведено оцінювання конкурентоспроможності автосамоскиду на основі інтегрального коефіцієнту, як співвідношення між груповими показниками його технічних та економічних параметрів, що, на відміну від відомих, передбачає визначення цього коефіцієнту за співвідношенням між показниками економічних та технічних параметрів, а також з урахуванням впливу економічних параметрів на технічні параметри конкурентоспроможності самоскиду, причому технічні параметри розподіляються на показники позитивного та негативного впливу. Результати аналізу показують, що для підприємств, які використовують автосамоскиди в кар’єрах, основними конкурентними перевагами певних моделей самоскидів є витрати на експлуатацію, можливий обсяг перевезення гірської маси та можлива відстань транспортування. Обґрунтовано, що при визначенні питомих витрат на забезпечення технологічних умов гірничих робіт, пов’язаних із введенням в експлуатації цих моделей машин, слід враховувати поряд із прямими витратами також непрямі витрати на забезпечення умов експлуатації самоскидів.

EN: An estimation of the competitiveness of a dump truck on the basis of an integral coefficient has been conducted. An integral coefficient is the ratio between the group indicators of its technical and economic parameters, which, unlike the known, involves the definition of this coefficient by the ratio between the indicators of economic and technical parameters, and also taking into account the influence of economic parameters on the technical parameters the competitiveness of the dump truck, and the technical parameters have been divided into indicators of positive and negative impact. The results of the analysis show that the main competitive advantages of certain models of dump trucks for enterprises that use dump trucks in quarries, are the costs of operation, the possible volume of transportation of the rock and the possible distance of transportation. It has been substantiated that it is necessary to take into account not only direct costs, but also indirect costs for ensuring the conditions of operation of dump trucks when determining the specific costs for ensuring the technological conditions of mining operations related to the commissioning of these models of mechanisms.
