Роль економічної безпеки в умовах розбудови постіндустріальної економіки

Abstract

UK: Стаття присвячена дослідженню змісту економічної безпеки та визначенню її ролі в умовах розбудови постіндустріальної економіки або економіки, що ґрунтується на знаннях. Встановлено, що освітня безпека відображає відповідність системи освіти національним інтересам та її захищеність від внутрішніх та зовнішніх деструктивних впливів, а отже є запорукою формування високого інтелектуального потенціалу країни. В процесі наукового дослідження було проведено семантичний аналіз поняття «освітня безпека», досліджено історичні типи економічних систем з виділенням їхніх основних характеристик, вивчено місце та значення освіти за умов домінування кожного з цих типів. Встановлено, що з переходом від одного типу економіки до іншого роль освіти, а отже й забезпечення освітньої безпеки, постійно зростає. Особливої гостроти проблема забезпечення освітньої безпеки набуває в умовах розбудови постіндустріальної економіки, що відзначається активізацією глобалізаційних процесів. В результаті дослідження сформовано найбільш повне уявлення щодо сутнісного наповнення поняття освітньої безпеки, виявлено її роль в сучасних умовах, обґрунтована необхідність здійснення подальших ґрунтовних досліджень з метою пошуку шляхів щодо її забезпечення.

EN: The article is devoted to the study of the content of economic security and to determine its role in the development of a post-industrial economy or knowledge-based economy. It has been established that educational security reflects the conformity of the education system to the national interests and its protection from internal and external destructive influences, and therefore it is the key to the formation of a high intellectual potential of the country. In the course of scientific research, a semantic analysis of the concept of "educational security" was conducted, historical types of society were investigated with the allocation of their main characteristics, and the place and significance of education were studied in the conditions of dominance of each of these types. It has been established that with the transition from one type of economy to another, the role of education, and thereforthe provision of educational security, is constantly increasing. Particularly acute, the problem of providing educational security comes in the context of the development of a post-industrial economy, marked by the intensification of globalization processes. As a result of the study, the most complete representation of the essential content of the concept of educational security has been formed, its role in modern conditions has been determined; the necessity for further fundamental researches to find ways to ensure it has been substantiated.
