Дослідження сутності та структури санаційного потенціалу підприємства

Abstract

UK: Досліджено сутність та значення санаційного потенціалу підприємства як інструменту управління оздоровленням підприємства. Доведено, що в сучасних умовах господарювання підприємства повинні максимально використовувати свій потенціал враховуючи в своїй діяльності сучасні наукові методи при формуванні як поточних так і перспективних планів діяльності підприємства. Визначено, що кожен етап розвитку підприємства передбачає реалізацію певного потенціалу підприємства, відповідно на етапі кризи доцільно розглядати такий елемент економічного потенціалу як санаційний потенціал. Стаття присвячена дослідженню актуальних теоретико-методичних і практичних аспектів оцінки та управління санаційною спроможністю промислових підприємств на основі використання їх санаційного по- тенціалу. Розроблено відповідний методологічний базис для моделювання та прогнозування ймовірності загрози бан- крутства підприємств, виявлення їх санаційного потенціалу та прогнозування можливостей відновлення санаційної спроможності. Охарактеризовано сутність і характерні риси санаційної спроможності підприємств. Визначено розширену внутрішню структуру санаційного потенціалу підприємства та розроблено методику його оцінювання. Розроблено механізм фінансового управління санаційною спроможністю підприємств; опрацьовано можливості за- стосування в Україні зарубіжного досвіду управління санаційною спроможністю, а також представлено прогнозні розрахунки санаційної спроможності для досліджуваних машинобудівних підприємств. Оскільки більшість науковців досліджують санаційний потенціал на основі кількісних і якісних характеристик усіх наявних ресурсів підприємства (фінансово-економічних, виробничо-технічних, організаційно-правових, трудових), досліджено основні складові сана- ційного потенціалу підприємства а саме: виробничий, фінансовий, трудовий, маркетинговий та інвестиційний потен- ціал. Зазначено, що фінансовий потенціал підприємства займає центральне місце у структурі санаційного потенціалу, оскільки безпосередньо впливає на фінансовий потенціал, передбачає наявність стійкої потенційної фінансової бази підприємства та дозволяє здійснювати безперервну діяльність та досягати стратегічних цілей підприємства. Дове- дено, що оцінка санаційного потенціалу підприємства дозволяє визначити фактори впливу, що призвели до зниження рівня його окремих елементів та ухвалювати ефективні та дієві управлінські рішення щодо впровадження санаційних заходів, або ліквідації підприємства.

EN: The essence and significance of the rehabilitation potential of the enterprise as a tool for managing the health improvement of the enterprise are investigated. It is proved that in the present economic conditions the enterprises should maximize their potential, taking into account the current scientific methods in the formation of both current and future plans of the enterprise. It is determined that each stage of the enterprise development involves realization of a certain potential of the enterprise, therefore it is expedient to consider such element of economic potential as a remedial potential at the stage of crisis. The article is devoted to the research of actual theoretical and methodological and practical aspects of the assessment and management of the rehabilitation capacity of industrial enterprises on the basis of the use of their rehabilitation potential. An appropriate methodological basis for modeling and forecasting the likelihood of bankruptcy of enterprises, identifying their remedial potential and forecasting the possibility of restoring remedial capacity have been developed. The essence and characteristic features of enterprises' remediation capacity are characterized. The extended internal structure of the enterprise's redevelopment potential has been determined and the methodology for its evaluation has been developed. The mechanism of financial management of enterprises' rehabilitation capacity has been developed; Possibilities of application of foreign experience of management of the rehabilitation capacity in Ukraine are considered, and also the estimated calculations of the rehabilitation capacity for the investigated machine-building enterprises are presented. Since the majority of scientists investigate the rehabilitation potential on the basis of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of all available resources of the enterprise (financial, economic, production, technical, organizational and legal, labor), the basic components of the enterprise's rehabilitation potential are investigated, namely: production, financial, labor, marketing and investment potential. It is stated that the financial potential of the enterprise occupies a central place in the structure of the rehabilitation potential, since it directly affects the financial potential, implies the presence of a stable potential financial base of the enterprise and allows it to carry out continuous activity and achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise. It is proved that the assessment of the rehabilitation potential of the enterprise allows to determine the factors of influence that led to the reduction of the level of its individual elements and to make effective and effective management decisions on the implementation of the rehabilitation measures, or liquidation of the enterprise.
