Управління бізнес-процесами у ланцюгу постачання на основі smart-рішення

Abstract

UK: У статті розкрито сутність smart-рішень у системі управління ланцюгами постачання та визначено їх ключову роль в оптимізації основних бізнес-процесів, зокрема планування, управління запасами, логістики та координації взаємодії між учасниками ланцюга. Проаналізовано можливості застосування Інтернету речей, штучного інтелекту, аналітики великих даних та блокчейн-технологій для підвищення операційної ефективності, забезпечення прозорості потоків та підтримки прийняття управлінських рішень у режимі реального часу. Визначено основні переваги впровадження smart-технологій, серед яких скорочення витрат, зниження рівня надлишкових запасів, підвищення точності прогнозування попиту. Водночас, окреслено ключові ризики та виклики цифрової трансформації, пов’язані з кібербезпекою, інтеграцією інформаційних систем, дефіцитом цифрових компетентностей персоналу, значними інвестиційними витратами.

EN: The article is devoted to the theoretical and applied principles of optimizing business processes in the supply chain management system based on the implementation of smart solutions. An analysis of modern scientific approaches to the digital transformation of Supply Chain Management is carried out, in particular, the use of technologies such as the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, big data analytics, blockchain, robotics, cloud services and digital twins. It is proven that the integration of these smart technologies contributes to the automation of routine operations, increasing the accuracy of demand forecasting, prompt decision-making, minimizing excess inventory and risks of supply chain disruption. It is established that the use of smart solutions provides unprecedented transparency and traceability of material and information flows, forms the basis for personalizing service and increasing customer loyalty. The paper presents a systematic review of the effectiveness of the use of digital tools in logistics, production, planning and inventory management, as well as in product quality control and safety. Specific examples of implementing supply chain management for inventory optimization and demand forecasting are outlined, and the benefits of integrating IoT sensors, AI modules, Big Data analytics, and blockchain registries to increase supply chain flexibility and resilience are considered. It is emphasized that successful digital transformation is impossible without the proper level of digital competencies of personnel, data unification, and inter-system integration. At the same time, the key risks of implementing smart technologies are analyzed, including cybersecurity, insufficient integration of information systems, shortage of qualified personnel, financial costs for innovation, and risks of excessive technological dependence. The need for a comprehensive strategic approach to the digitalization of supply chains is substantiated, which involves the gradual introduction of technologies, investments in personnel training, standardization, and the creation of cloud platforms for all participants in the chain.
