UK: Постановка проблеми. Кінець ХХ − перша чверть ХХI століття виявилися пов'язаними на планеті з глобальними кризами в економіці і політиці, в соціальних процесах і демографії, в науці і в світоглядних парадигмах, в психосфері, в природі, в регіональних і планетарних екосистемах, в інженерно-технічних сферах, в архітектурі та у містобудуванні, а також у багатьох інших проявах фізичного світу. На філософському рівні сама ідея дуальності та інших моделей багатополярності світоустрою потрапила під вогонь критики вчених, політиків, економістів, теологів, атеїстів. Загальноприйняті народами норми та правила життя стали руйнуватися. Гнозис як такий знову, як було в історії не раз, вибухнув. Це усвідомлюється всіма, хто мислить критично та конструктивно. Люди, які живуть у резонансі з часом і простором, давно шукають вихід із проблем, що виникли. Він має пряме відношення і до містобудування.
