Регулювання процесів відновлення та розвитку аграрних підприємств

Abstract

UK: У статті розглянуто підходи до регулювання процесів відновлення та розвитку сільськогосподарських підприємств на основі використання характеристик життєвого циклу. Розкрито особливості обґрунтування рішень з урахуванням послідовності етапів розвитку суб’єкта господарювання та впливу окремих складових на тривалість та успішність його існування. Кризові явища призвели до різкої зміни умов господарювання і потребують корекції підходів до оцінювання поточної ситуації. Враховуючі, що підприємство є складною соціальновиробничою системою, запропоновано виділити її основні складові для регулювання процесів відновлення. Наведено етапи обчислення інтегрального показника життєвого циклу підприємства. Запропоновано методичні підходи для зменшення впливу статистичних викидів і нормалізації оцінки основних виробничо-економічних показників підприємства та збереження балансу між швидкістю і точністю. Надано ілюстрацію використання рекомендацій з побудови прогнозу життєвого суб’єкта господарювання. Уточнено особливості процедури виявлення факторів впливу підсистем агрофірми, а також побудови ієрархії впливовості на інтегральний показник з урахуванням характеру їх впливу у часі. Розставлено акценти на найбільш впливових підсистемах підприємства, для формування плану заходів, який дасть змогу регулювання процесів розвитку та відновлення і спрямовування ресурсів на ключові напрямки для усунення слабких ланок і підвищення стійкості підприємства.

EN: The article considers approaches to regulating the processes of restoration and development of agricultural enterprises based on the use of life cycle characteristics. The features of substantiation of decisions are revealed, taking into account the sequence of stages of development of an economic entity and the influence of individual components of the enterprise on the duration and success of its existence. Crisis phenomena lead to a sharp change in business conditions and require correction of approaches to assessing the current situation. Considering that an enterprise is a complex socio-production system, it is proposed to highlight its main components for regulating restoration processes. The stages of calculating the integral indicator of the enterprise life cycle are presented. Methodological approaches are proposed to reduce the impact of statistical emissions and normalize the assessment of the main production and economic indicators of the enterprise and maintain a balance between speed and accuracy. An illustration of the use of recommendations for building a forecast of the life cycle of an economic entity is provided. The features of the procedure for identifying factors influencing the subsystems of an agricultural firm, as well as building a hierarchy of influence on the integral indicator, taking into account the nature of their influence over time, are specified. Emphasis is placed on the most influential subsystems of the enterprise to form an action plan that allows regulating the processes of development and recovery. It will also direct resources to key areas to eliminate weak links and increase the stability of the enterprise. Special attention is paid to adapting the proposed approaches to the conditions of the dynamic external environment, taking into account the influence of force majeure factors (the war in Ukraine), the labor market, financial accessibility, technological level, and environmental restrictions. These insights provide a basis for further academic discussion and practical implementation in the field of enterprise management and sustainable agricultural development under conditions of uncertainty.
