Особливості геоекономічної стратегії України в контексті сталого розвитку

Abstract

UK: У статті проаналізовано особливості геоекономічної стратегії України в контексті сталого розвитку. Визначено пріоритетні Цілі сталого розвитку для України з урахуванням її національних особливостей, що були розроблені ПРООН в Україні. Проведено порівняльний аналіз динаміки змін у сталому розвитку України та країн-лідерів рейтингу сталого розвитку (Фінляндії, Швеції, Данії) за рівнем індексу SDG. Визначено вектори геоекономічної стратегії розвитку України. Обґрунтовано та запропоновано основні напрями сталого розвитку України під час війни. Обґрунтовано, що запропоновані напрями розвитку стратегії сталого розвитку України повинні враховувати з одного боку, цілі і завдання, поставлені у мирний час в процесі розробки національної стратегії розвитку України, а, з іншого боку, нагальні напрями розвитку, пов’язані з війною та необхідністю відновлення української економіки.

EN: The article analyses the peculiarities of Ukraine's geo-economic strategy in the context of sustainable development. The priority Sustainable Development Goals for Ukraine are identified, taking into account its national peculiarities, which were developed by UNDP in Ukraine. A comparative analysis of the dynamics of changes in the sustainable development of Ukraine and the countries leading the sustainable development ranking (Finland, Sweden, Denmark) in terms of the SDG index is carried out. The vectors of the geo-economic strategy of Ukraine's development are determined. The main directions of sustainable development of Ukraine during the war are substantiated and proposed: development of the energy system protected from attacks and strikes by the aggressor, able to quickly adapt to changes in the military situation, use of renewable energy sources and the energy system of European countries to overcome the problem of Ukraine's energy security; addressing the food and logistics needs of Ukraine and the world; overcoming the environmental challenges faced by Ukraine during the war; solving the problems of social protection and welfare of persons affected by the war, as well as the problem of poverty in Ukraine; ensuring economic growth, economic development and economic recovery in a military economy. It is substantiated that the proposed directions of development of Ukraine's sustainable development strategy should take into account, on the one hand, the goals and objectives set in peacetime in the process of elaborating the national development strategy of Ukraine, and, on the other hand, the urgent directions of development related to the war and the need to restore the Ukrainian economy, the aggravation of challenges from internal transformations in the economy and external challenges arising from increased globalisation in the geoeconomic space, increasing interdependence of countries and the functioning of the world economy.
