Особливості архітектурних трансформацій сучасної житлової забудови (на прикладі м. Дніпро)

Abstract

UK: Постановка проблеми. У місті Дніпро у сучасних умовах відбувається активний процес архітектурно-містобудівних трансформацій у структурі селітебних територій та житлової забудови. Зміни у просторово-планувальній організації міського містобудівного каркасу пов`язані, насамперед із архітектурно-будівельною діяльністю у наступних функціонально-типологічних напрямках: будівництво нових житлових обє`ктів, реконструкція існуючого житлового фонду. У центральному історичному ядрі міста будівництво нових житлових об`єктів (переважно багатоповерхових та висотних) відбувається в умовах складності пошуку балансу між пріоритетністю територіального фактору та вимогами щодо збереження цінної історико-архітектурної спадщини. Також, процес нового житлового будівництва ведеться на територіях «спальних» районів міста, уздовж окремих прибережних зон. Для нової житлової багатоповерхової та висотної забудови притаманна тенденція інтегрованого зведення житлових структур –поєднання комерційно-ділового та житлового блоків. Мета. Виявлення особливостей сучасних трансформаційних процесів житлової забудови у структурі селітебних територій міста Дніпро. Висновки. Найбільший обсяг будівельних робіт зі зведення нових житлових будинків (зокрема, багатоповерхових та багатоповерхових) здійснюється в центральній історичній частині міста. Інтеграція ділових функцій у житлові структури розглядається як архітектурне реагування на умови сучасного соціального замовлення, пов`язаного із процесом глобалізації, розвитком дистанційних форматів діяльності. Нові житлові об`єкти у місті Дніпро відносяться до категорії комерційного житла; проєктні концепції, здебільшого демонструють принципи вільного планування, багатофункціонального використання житлового простору.

EN: n the city Dnipro in modern conditions an active process of architectural and urban transformations is undergoing in the structure of residential areas and residential buildings.Changes in the spatial-planning organization of the city's town-planning framework are primarily related to architectural and construction activities in the following functional-typological directions:construction of new housing facilities, reconstruction of the existing housing stock. In the central historical core of the city, the construction of new residential facilities (mainly multi-story and high-rise) takes place in the conditions of the difficulty of finding a balance between the priority of the territorial factor and the requirements for the preservation of valuable historical and architectural heritage.Also, the process of new residential construction is being carried out in the territories of the "sleeping" districts of the city, along certain coastal zones.For new residential multi-story and high-rise buildings, the trend of integrated construction of residential structures is inherent −a combination of commercial and business and residential blocks.Purpose. Identification of features of modern transformational processes of residential development in the structure of residential areas of the city of Dnipro.Conclusions.The largest amount of construction work on the construction of new residential buildings (in particular, multi-story and high-rise buildings) is carried out in the central historical part of the city.The integration of business functions into residential structures is considered as an architectural response to the conditions of the modern social order associatedwith the process of globalization, the development of remote formats of activity.New residential buildings in Dnipro belongs to the category of commercial housing; project concepts mostly demonstrate the principles of free planning, multifunctional use of living space.
