Сучасні теорії міжнародної спеціалізації: можливості застосування на регіональному рівні

Abstract

UK: В статті зроблений історичний аналіз виникнення та розвитку теорій міжнародної спеціалізації, які авторами зведені до трьох етапів. З’ясовані причини та особливості формування теорій міжгалузевої та внутрішньогалузевої міжнародної спеціалізації. Розкрито сутність міжнародної торгівлі однорідними, диверсифікованими, технологічними та складеними товарами та виявлені основні територіальні (регіональні) чинники зростання експорту даних товарів. Автори проаналізували основні методологічні й методичні підходи до виявлення тих товарів й товарних груп (а, відповідно, й галузей, що виробляють ці товари), які справляють найбільший вплив на зростання міжнародної спеціалізації країн. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз індексів міжнародної спеціалізації Б. Баласса, Х. Грубеля та П. Ллойда, П. Нивена. Доведено можливості застосування модифікованих показників індексу виявлених порівняльних переваг Б. Баласса для оцінки рівня міжнародної спеціалізації та потенціалу міжнародної конкурентоспроможності регіональних економічних систем.

EN: The historical analysis of the emergence and development of international specialization theories that the authors have summarized in three stages, has been worked out in the article. The reasons and peculiarities of the formation the intertrading and intra-trading theories of international specialization have been revealed. The essence of international trade of the homogeneous, diversified, technological and composite products has been defined. The major among the territorial (regional) factors of increasing the exports of these goods have been identified. The authors have analyzed the basic methodological and methodical approaches to the identification of products and product groups (and, respectively, the industries that produce these products) which have the greatest impact on the growth of international specialization. The comparative analysis of international specialization indexes of B. Balassa, H. Grubel and P. Lloyd, P. Niven has been made. The possibility of implementation the modified versions of B. Balassa index of revealed comparative advantage to assess the potential of international specialization and international competitiveness of regional economies has been proved.
