Abstract

UK: Враховуючи високу складность виявлення і точної кількісної формалізації масштабів корупційної діяльності біль-шість держав світу орієнтуються на системне впровадження антикорупційних заходів у різних сферах економіки і політики. Виходячи з цього, значного теоретичного і практичного значення набувають питання, пов’язані зі здій-сненням комплексного бенчмаркінгу пануючих національних моделей антикорупційної політики з метою конкретизації найбільш ефективних з них та визначення чинників, котрі забезпечують високу результативність впроваджуваних різними державами світу антикорупційних заходів. У сукупності усі зазначені в даній статті заходи не тільки сприя-тимуть подальшій розбудові глобальної антикорупційної системи, але й забезпечать більш скоординовану і злагодже-ну координацію спільних зусиль держав у подоланні такого ганебного і загрозливого для глобального соціуму явища як транснаціональна корупція.

EN: Taking into account the high complexity of detection and precise quantitative formalization of the scale of corruption activi-ties, most countries of the world are focused on the systematic implementation of anti-corruption measures in various spheres of economy and politics. Based on this, issues related to comprehensive benchmarking of prevailing national anti-corruption policy models in order to specify the most effective of them and identify factors that ensure the high effectiveness of anti-cor-ruption measures implemented by various countries of the world acquire significant theoretical and practical importance. The following measures will also contribute to the significant improvement of the mechanisms of anti-corruption detinization of the world economy: radical reform of international monetary and financial organizations in terms of granting them functional com-petences; improvement of international anti-corruption standards and their maximally complete implementation into national legal systems; significant strengthening of criminal liability for illegal enrichment and laundering of income obtained through corrupt and criminal means, improvement of current practices of financing political parties and election campaigns by states; introduction of risk-oriented planning of activities of the most socially significant sectors of national economies; increasing the level of awareness of the population of various countries regarding the problems of corruption and the mechanisms of combat-ing it on the basis of the implementation of educational and educational measures; development and frontal implementation of anti-corruption work standards for employees of the public sector of national economies; the application of exclusively criminal liability for corrupt actions in the most corruption-prone areas as. Taken together, all the mentioned measures will not only contribute to the further development of the global anti-corruption system, but will also ensure a more coordinated and coherent coordination of the joint efforts of states in overcoming such a shameful and threatening phenomenon.
