Abstract

UK: Постановка проблеми. Невідповідність між вимогами до м'яких покрівель та їх фактичним станом поступово наростає, особливо в умовах значного обмеження коштів, що виділяються на їх утримання і ремонт. У цих умовах організації, що виконують ремонт і реставрацію покрівель, компенсують витрати на ремонт або улаштування нових із використанням менш якісних матеріалів, зменшуючи кількість шарів як основного рулонного килима, що укладається, так і в деталях сполучення покрівлі з виступаючими елементами на покриттях (парапетів, ліхтарних конструкцій, вентиляційних шахт тощо). Із цих позицій узагальнення досвіду проведення експертиз і вдосконалення методики перевірки ефективності використання засобів, передбачених на влаштування або ремонт покрівель, наразі становить актуальне завдання. Мета статті – навести рекомендації до підвищення якості експертиз, що виконуються з обстеження введених в експлуатацію м'яких покрівель, та порядок визначення на предмет відповідності їх вимогам діючої нормативно-технічної документації. Висновок. Визначення якості і перевірка ефективності використання засобів, що передбачаються для будівництва, проведення реконструкції і ремонту м'яких покрівель у нашій країні з метою поліпшення їх стану на даний момент, як і раніше, – дуже актуальне питання. Підготовка фахівців із питаннь, що стосуються ремонту й експлуатації покрівель. на сучасному рівні має недоліки. Діюча нормативно-технічна документація у сфері ремонту, реконструкції та експлуатації сучасних покрівель не містить достатньої інформації з урахуванням сучасних технологій їх улаштування. Для якісної, оперативної та об'єктивної оцінки якості обстежуваних м'яких покрівель та визначення вартості об'ємів фактично виконаних робіт із будівництва, реконструкції і ремонту потрібне забезпечення усіх зацікавлених учасників сучасними приладами, що дозволяють значно поліпшити якість виконуваних експертиз.

From these positions, the generalization of the experience of examinations and the improvement of the methodology for verifying the effectiveness of the use of funds provided for the installation or repair of roofs, is a very important task today. Recommendations for improving the quality of examinations performed on the inspection of commissioned soft roofs, and the procedure for determining whether they comply with the requirements of current regulatory and technical documentation. Conclusion. Determining the quality and checking the effectiveness of the use of funds provided for the construction, reconstruction and repair of soft roofs in our country in order to improve their condition at the moment is still a very important issue. The training of specialists in matters related to the repair and operation of roofs at the current level has shortcomings. The current regulatory and technical documentation in the field of repair, reconstruction and operation of modern roofs does not contain sufficient information, taking into account modern technologies of their device. For qualitative, operative and objective assessment of quality of inspected soft roofs and definition of cost of volumes, actually executed works on construction, reconstruction and repair it is necessary to equip all interested participants with the modern devices allowing to improve quality of performed examinations considerably.
