Методологія забезпечення стійкості розвитку великомасштабних економіко-виробничих систем

Abstract

UK: Стаття орієнтована на вирішення вагомої наукової проблеми забезпечення стійкості функціонування та розвитку різного роду об’єднань підприємств. При цьому інтеграційні властивості окремих суб’єктів господарювання представлено як підґрунтя досягнення стану стійкості життєдіяльності великомасштабних економіко-виробничих систем (ВЕВС). Відповідно й здатність підприємства до взаємодії з іншими учасниками ринку подано як одну з складових його економічної безпеки. ВЕВС являють собою інтегровану сукупність суб’єктів господарювання, взаємодія яких базується на доволі широкому переліку формальних та неформальних зв’язків. Таке розмаїття видів зв’язків в основі виникнення інтеграційного утворення значно ускладнює як досягнення ним певного стійкого становища, так і розробку керівних впливів щодо підтримки бажаного рівня стійкості. З оглядом на це відмінність авторських пропозицій зведено до надання цілісної методології підтримки стійкості розвитку ВЕВС, яка охоплює всю сукупність дій від архітектурного проектування ВЕВС до визначення етапів організації управління інтегрованим утворенням. Для систематизації таких дій та для отримання їх наочного зображення використано технологію побудови інтелектуальних карт. Пріоритетність даної розробки міститься у співвіднесення гілок даної карти зі складовими заявленого в статті методологічного базису.

EN: The article is devoted to the solution of the important scientific problem of ensuring the sustainability of the operation and development of various types of business associations. The integrative properties of individual economic entities have been presented as the basis for achieving the state of sustainability of large-scale economic and production systems (LSEPS). The ability of the enterprise to interact with other market participants has been presented as one of the components of its economic security. The large - scale economic and production systems are an integrated set of business entities whose interaction is based on a fairly wide range of formal and informal links. Such a diversity of the types of links at the basis of the emergence of integration education greatly complicates both the achievement of a certain steady state and the development of management influences in support of the desired level of stability. The difference of the author's proposals means the suggestion of a holistic methodology of supporting the sustainability of the development of the LSEPS, which covers the entire set of actions from the architectural design of the LSEPS to the definition of the stages of organization this integrated creation management. In order to organize such actions and to obtain their visual image, the technology of building smart cards has been used. The priority of this operation is contained in the correlation of the branches of this map with the components of the methodological basis stated in the article.
