Антикризове управління як основа стабільного розвитку промислових підприємств України

Abstract

UK: Стаття присвячена дослідженню проблем антикризового управління на промислових підприємствах. В статті обґрунтовано, що в мінливих умовах господарювання найважливішим стає попередження кризового стану підприємства, оперативне реагування на зміни навколишнього середовища. У роботі розкрито сутність антикризового управління підприємством та обґрунтовано підходи до формування механізму його реалізації. Сформульовано основні складові системи антикризового управління підприємств, визначено головні причини неефективної діяльності промислових підприємств. Розглянуто основні завдання антикризової політики та антикризової стратегії з урахуванням факторів зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовищ. Визначено ключові параметри доцільності застосування антикризового інструментарію та особливостей його реалізації у практичну діяльність промислового підприємства.

RU: Статья посвящена исследованию проблем антикризисного управления на промышленных предприятиях. В статье обосновано, что в меняющихся условиях хозяйствования важнейшим становится предупреждения кризисного состояния предприятия, оперативное реагирование на изменения окружающей среды. В работе раскрыта сущность антикризисного управления предприятием и обоснованы подходы к формированию механизма его реализации. Сформулированы основные составляющие системы антикризисного управления предприятий, определены основные причины неэффективной деятельности промышленных предприятий. Рассмотрены основные задачи антикризисной политики и антикризисной стратегии с учетом факторов внешней и внутренней среды. Определены ключевые параметры целесообразности применения антикризисного инструментария и особенностей его реализации в практической деятельности промышленного предприятия.

EN: The article is devoted to the study of crisis management problems at industrial enterprises. Modern industrial enterprises operate in conditions of high complexity, uncertainty and dynamism of the external environment. In this regard, there is a need for continuous monitoring of financial and property status in order to timely recognize crisis phenomenon that can lead to serious destabilization of the economic activity of industrial enterprises. The financial condition of most Ukrainian enterprises in modern business conditions is diagnosed as crisis. The problem of survival under the conditions of transformational changes in the economy is widespread, since enterprises of precisely those countries that are at the stage of development are experiencing the greatest blow. Overcoming the crisis state of an enterprise requires in each case an adequate and comprehensive application of crisis management, which would aim to minimize the risk of losing control over the situation. Right now, in the conditions of a recession in economic growth, the process of developing and using effective methods and forms of crisis management of industrial enterprises in Ukraine is becoming particularly relevant. The article substantiates that in a changing economic environment, the most important is the prevention of a crisis state of the enterprise, and prompt response to environmental changes. The paper reveals the essence of anti-crisis management of an enterprise and substantiates approaches to the formation of a mechanism for its implementation. The main components of the enterprise anti-crisis management system are formulated, the main causes of the inefficient activity of industrial enterprises are identified. The main tasks of the anti-crisis policy and anti-crisis strategy are considered taking into account factors of the external and internal environment. The key parameters of the appropriateness of the application of anti-crisis tools and the features of its implementation in the practical activities of an industrial enterprise are determined. The conclusions indicate that at domestic enterprises, there is not enough attention paid specifically to preventive measures to prevent the occurrence of crisis and bankruptcy, therefore, choosing the right anti-crisis management strategy guarantees long-term success and will ensure the transition to an intensive type of development of Ukrainian industrial enterprises.
