Сучасні тренди розвитку ринку цінних паперів в Україні

Abstract

UK: Статтю присвячено дослідженню ключових трендів розвитку ринку цінних паперів в Україні. Вивчено діяльність суб’єктів ринку цінних паперів та здійснено оцінку параметрів їхньої діяльності. Проаналізовано показники обсягів торгівлі на фондовому ринку України у розрізі секторів – біржового та позабіржового ринків. Оцінено обсяги торгівлі на тлі динаміки макроекономічного показника – ВВП. Здійснено аналіз структури торгівлі на фондовому ринку у розрізі фінансових інструментів. На основі проведеного аналізу ідентифіковано проблеми, властиві ринку цінних паперів України. Висвітлено причинно-наслідкові зв'язки цих проблем. Описано сучасні тренди розвитку фондового ринку, що визначаються виявленими тенденціями. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності підвищення адаптивності ринку цінних паперів до сучасних умов, з огляду на неможливість його ізольованого функціонування.

RU: Статья посвящена исследованию ключевых трендов развития рынка ценных бумаг в Украине. Изучена деятельность субъектов рынка ценных бумаг и осуществлена оценка параметров их деятельности. Проанализированы показатели объемов торговли на фондовом рынке Украины в разрезе секторов – биржевого и внебиржевого рынков. Оценены объемы торговли на фоне динамики макроэкономического показателя – ВВП. Осуществлен анализ структуры торговли на фондовом рынке в разрезе финансовых инструментов. На основе проведенного анализа идентифицированы проблемы, присущие рынку ценных бумаг в Украине. Освещены причинно-следственные связи этих проблем. Описаны современные тренды развития фондового рынка, которые определяются выявленными тенденциями. Акцентировано внимание на необходимости повышения адаптивности рынка ценных бумаг в современных условиях, учитывая невозможность его изолированного функционирования.

EN: Identifying trends in the securities market in Ukraine is an important scientific challenge. This is explained by a number of determining factors. First, the stock market in Ukraine is quite young and relatively underdeveloped compared to similar markets in foreign countries. The second factor is that the stock market of Ukraine is accompanied by a number of problems that exacerbate adverse external conditions. The practical solution of these problems becomes possible with their detailed scientific study and substantiation. And the last factor is that the stock market is a kind of system that ensures the successful development of the entire financial market. Yes, an efficient securities market is a channel for mobilization and redistribution of financial resources between industries and economic entities. The article is devoted to the study of key trends in the development of the securities market in Ukraine. The activity of the securities market subjects was studied and the parameters of their activity were evaluated. Indicators of trading volumes on the stock market of Ukraine in terms of sectors – stock and over-the-counter markets are analyzed. The volume of trade was estimated against the background of the dynamics of the macroeconomic indicator – GDP. The stock market trading structure by financial instruments is analyzed. On the basis of the analysis, the problems inherent in the securities market in Ukraine were identified. The causes and effects of these issues are covered. The modern trends of stock market development, which are determined by the identified trends, are described. Emphasis is placed on the need to increase the adaptability of the securities market to modern conditions, given the impossibility of its isolated functioning. The coverage of the issue was based on an estimate of the five-year time span. The solution of this scientific problem will allow to outline the further prospects of development of the securities market taking into account the current conditions of instability, as well as to develop directions of reforming the current system of market regulation. Due to this, it is possible that scientific developments are devoted to solving the problems of functioning of the securities market.
