Iнструменти інноваційного розвитку машинобудівних підприємств

Abstract

UK: У роботі розглянуто сучасну проблематику інноваційного розвитку машинобудівного підприємства. Проаналізовано існуючі чинники впливу та запропоновано чотири групи інструментів забезпечення інноваційного розвитку підприємства, конкретизовано групи інструментів та запропоновано заходи щодо їх реалізації, оцінки та впливу на ефективний розвиток. Проведений аналіз досліджених джерел показав, що машинобудування в Україні впродовж останніх років розвивається досить нестабільно. На основі розглянутих груп інструментів запропоновано логічну модель інноваційного розвитку машинобудівного підприємства. Обґрунтовано параметри моделі економічного зростання промислового підприємства з урахуванням специфіки його діяльності, а також визначення оптимальних значень змін цих параметрів, які забезпечують збалансованість компонентів моделі.

RU: В работе рассмотрена современная проблематика инновационного развития машиностроительного предприятия Украины. Проанализированы существующие факторы влияния и предложены четыре группы инструментов обеспечения инновационного развития предприятия. Конкретизированы группы инструментов и предложены меры по их реализации, оценке и влиянию на эффективное развитие. Проведенный анализ исследованных источников показал, что машиностроение в Украине на протяжении последних лет развивается достаточно нестабильно. На основе рассмотренных групп инструментов предложена логическая модель инновационного развития машиностроительного предприятия. Обоснованы параметры модели экономического роста промышленного предприятия с учетом специфики его деятельности, а также определены оптимальные значения изменений этих параметров, которые обеспечивают сбалансированность компонентов предложенной модели.

EN: The transformational nature of the economy and increased competition make it necessary for businesses to react quickly and flexibly to changes in the market environment. In addition, the high dynamics of changes in environmental factors, requires their constant adaptation. In such circumstances, traditional management systems do not provide adequate response, which involves the development of new concepts, methods and management tools, as well as the use of the latest information technologies. The machine-building complex is the basic branch of the economy, its system-forming element that determines the state of production potential and defense capability of the state. From the results of its activities depends largely on the functioning of all other industries. The harsh conditions of the globalized economic environment dictate the need for active implementation of effective innovative activity at the enterprises of the complex. The article investigates the state of development and efficiency of the organization of innovative activity of domestic machine-building enterprises. The conclusion about the strategic mismatch of the innovation to technology needs of the domestic industry is arrived at. The author analyzed the existing factors of influence and proposed four groups of tools for providing innovative development of the enterprise, specified the groups of tools and suggested measures for their implementation, evaluation and impact on effective development. Based on the groups of tools considered, the author proposed a logical model of innovative development of the machine-building enterprise. The parameters of the model of economic growth of an industrial enterprise are grounded, taking into account the specificity of its activity, as well as determining the optimal values of changes in these parameters, which ensure the balance of the components of the model. The proposed model of innovative development includes: an innovative system that through the tools of innovative development stimulates the innovative activity of the enterprise, which contributes to its innovative development.
