Оцінка ефективності використання земель сільськогосподарського призначення в Донецькому регіоні

Abstract

UK: У статті наведено дані структури земельної площі України та Донецької області. Досліджено показники ефективності використання сільськогосподарських земель. Акцентовано увагу на аналізі таких агротехнологічних заходів як внесення в ґрунт органічних і мінеральних добрив, обробка посівів засобами захисту рослин, вапнування і гіпсування ґрунтів та застосування біологічних засобів захисту рослин. Проведено аналіз рівня використання земель у Донецькій області за продукцією сільського господарства та за рівнем рентабельності виробництва основних видів продукції рослинництва. Розглянуто оцінку ефективності використання сільськогосподарських земель за її вартістю. Досліджено розміри річної орендної плати за земельні ділянки сільськогосподарського призначення державної власності по регіонах.

RU: В статье приведены данные структуры земельной площади. Исследованы показатели эффективности использования сельскохозяйственных земель. Акцентировано внимание на анализе таких агротехнологических мероприятий, как внесение в почву органических и минеральных удобрений, обработка посевов средствами защиты растений, известкование и гипсование почв, применение биологических средств защиты растений. Проведен анализ уровня использования земель в Донецкой области по продукции сельского хозяйства и уровню рентабельности производства основных видов продукции растениеводства. Рассмотрена оценка эффективности использования сельскохозяйственных земель по ее стоимости. Исследованы размеры годовой арендной платы за земельные участки сельскохозяйственного назначения государственной собственности.

EN: The most important factor and main condition for the development of the country's economy is the organization of rational land use. Considering that agro-industrial production is one of the main industries that has a significant impact on land resources, and given the high level of development and plowing of the territory of Donetsk region, the relevance of this study is to analyze the efficiency of agricultural land use in the Donetsk region. The article presents data on the structure of land area of Ukraine and Donetsk region, including agricultural land and land of state ownership. In order to prevent the depletion of arable land and increase the efficiency of their use in the cultivation of crops, agro-technical measures are being introduced. The article focuses on the analysis of such agrotechnological measures as the application of organic and mineral fertilizers in the soil, the treatment of crops with plant protection, liming and plastering of soil and the use of biological plant protection products. An important tool to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of management decisions taken on crop production and to identify a set of measures for the conservation and enhancement of soil fertility is to create a single database of fields and history of their cultivation. The primary document that contains this information is the crop rotation history book, which is part of the agricultural production documentation in each farm. The analysis of the level of land use in Donetsk region by agricultural products and by the level of profitability of production of the main types of crop products. The estimation of the efficiency of land use in agriculture by its value is considered. The calculation of the regulatory monetary valuation of land plots is carried out to determine the amount of land tax, state duties, rent for land, losses of agricultural and forestry production, as well as the development of indicators and mechanisms for economic incentives for rational use and protection of land. The annual rent for state-owned agricultural land leased at land auctions in Ukraine and by region is also investigated.
