Формування команди проекту та організація її ефективної роботи (теоретичний аспект)

Abstract

UK: У статті визначено теоретичні складники побудови проектної команди та окреслені методичні аспекти її формування й організації ефективної роботи. Зокрема, узагальнено: цілі та завдання її створення; фактори, що визначають керівні положення формування команди проекту; принципи та організаційні завдання побудови проектної команди; етапи процесу формування команди проекту. У цих напрацюваннях зазначено складники системи управління командою проекту і стадії її життєвого циклу; акцентовано увагу на особливостях управління під час формування і досягнення результативної діяльності команди проекту, що дають можливість забезпечити вищий рівень ефективності командної співпраці. Узагальнення теоретико-методичних засад із цієї проблематики сприяло окресленню основних шляхів формування ефективної проектної команди сучасного типу.

RU: В статье определены теоретические составляющие построения проектной команды и намечены методические аспекты ее формирования и организации эффективной работы. В частности, обобщены: цели и задачи ее создания; факторы, определяющие руководящие положения формирования команды проекта; принципы и организационные задачи построения проектной команды; этапы процесса формирования команды проэкта. В представленных наработках указаны составляющие системы управления командой проекта и стадии ее жизненного цикла; акцентировано внимание на особенностях управления при формировании и достижении результативной деятельности команды проекта, которые дают возможность обеспечить высокий уровень эффективности командного сотрудничества. Обобщение теоретико-методических основ по данной проблематике способствовало обрисовке основных путей формирования эффективной проектной команды современного типа.

EN: Application of the project approach within the framework of certain activities, determines the necessity of forming a project team that will implement one or another project. The project team is one of the decisive factors for the project's success, and therefore the features and innovations in its formation are of a need for further study in view of the need for systemic changes in the management of the personnel of all business entities. The promise of the project management has necessitated the elaboration, in the presented research, of the theoretical aspects of the management of the project team and the organization of effective work in order to find innovative ways of developing the domestic economy. The article defines the theoretical components of constructing a project team and outlines the methodological aspects of the formation and organization of its effective work. Attention is drawn to the peculiarities of management in the formation and achievement of the productive activities of the project team, which provide an opportunity to provide a higher level of effectiveness of team collaboration. Generalized: the goals and objectives of creating a project team; factors determining the guidelines for forming a project team; principles and organizational tasks of the design team; stages of the project team formation process. In the presented work, the components of the project management system management system and its life cycle are indicated. The attention is paid to the peculiarities of management in the formation and achievement of the results of the project team, which provide an opportunity to provide a higher level of effectiveness of team collaboration. The generalization of theoretical and methodological principles on this issue will contribute to the outline of the main areas of formation of an effective project team of the modern type, based on a balanced system of roles of employees in the joint project activity; management of the project team, which is invested in certain time intervals, are optimal for project implementation; development of active leadership and flexible project team structure.
