Удосконалення схеми руху та форми товарно-транспортної накладної

Abstract

UK: У статті розглянуто основні аспекти застосування товарно-транспортних накладних, їхню суть. Докладно описано особливості застосування та схему руху товарно-транспортних накладних. Визначено основні реквізити та правила заповнення товарно-транспортних накладних. Обґрунтовано недоліки застосування існуючої схеми руху та форми товарно-транспортної накладної та надано пропозиції щодо їх удосконалення. Представлено вдосконалену форму товарно-транспортної накладної, застосування якої у практичній діяльності підприємства суттєво полегшить роботу бухгалтера. Доведено доцільність автоматичного складання та реєстрації товарно-транспортної накладної у програмі M.E.D.O.C, що дасть змогу значно спростити процес документообігу на підприємстві.

RU: В статье рассмотрены основные аспекты применения товарно-транспортных накладных, их сущность. Подробно описаны особенности применения и схема движения товарно-транспортных накладных. Определены основные реквизиты и правила заполнения товарно-транспортных накладных. Обоснованы недостатки применения существующей схемы движения и формы товарно-транспортной накладной и даны предложения по их усовершенствованию. Представлена новая усовершенствованная форма товарно-транспортной накладной, применение которой в практической деятельности предприятия существенно облегчит работу бухгалтера. Доказана целесообразность автоматического составления и регистрации товарно-транспортной накладной в программе M.E.D.O.C, что позволит значительно упростить процесс документооборота на предприятии.

RU: The article deals with the main aspects of the application of goods and transport invoices, their essence. Details of the application and flowchart of goods-transport billing details are described in detail. The basic requisites and rules of filling of goods-transport bills are determined. The authors substantiate the disadvantages of using the existing scheme of movement and the form of the transport bill for the purpose of reviewing and improving the existing scheme of traffic and the form of the consignment note, which will make it possible to greatly facilitate the work of the accountant. The authors are presented ways to improve the primary accounting of the shipment of finished goods by road. These improvements can be used as tools for improving the quality of work and speeding up its implementation. In a market economy, accounting is a particularly important function of efficient management of production and commercial structures, an instrument for monitoring the rational and economic use of resources in order to achieve commercial success and fulfill the financial obligations to the state. Carrying out their production and economic activities, enterprises enter into settlement relationships with other enterprises, organizations and individuals. It is no secret that virtually every enterprise faces the need to use motor transport in the process of carrying out its business activities. Motor transport of Ukraine is the most flexible and massive type of transport. The scope of motor transport is wide. He performs most of the short haul, delivers goods to railway stations and river ports and disposes them to the consumer. Transport plays an important role in the process of general production, since it deals with the transportation of materials, semi-finished products and finished products. Cargo transportation is one of the most «market» sectors of the economy of vehicles Cargo flows generated by emerging markets for goods and services are first and foremost mastered by the most responsive fast and flexible mode of transport: automotive. Also, the authors prove the expediency of automatic compilation and registration of a consignment note in the program M.E.D.O.C, which will significantly simplify the process of document circulation in the enterprise.
