Управління виробництвом підприємства на базі виробничої функції Коба-Дугласа

Abstract

UK: У статті розглянуто кількісні взаємозв'язки між величиною залучених у виробництво ресурсів і обсягом отриманої продукції, визначено ефективність використання ресурсів і доцільність їх додаткового залучення у виробництво, наведено прогноз обсягу випуску продукції на майбутній період. Побудовано виробничу функцію Коба-Дугласа та на її основі розраховано виробничі показники. Отримано залежність максимального значення функції прибутку підприємства від показників цієї функції. Аналіз такої залежності дає можливість оцінити значення цих параметрів, за яких функція прибутку досягне максимуму. Описано типи зв’язків між факторами та функцією. Розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо забезпечення конкурентоспроможності металургійного підприємства у сучасних умовах. Визначено траєкторію розвитку виробництва підприємства на довгостроковий період.

RU: В статье рассмотрены количественные взаимосвязи между величиной вовлеченных в производство ресурсов и объемом полученной продукции, определены эффективность использования ресурсов и целесообразность их дополнительного привлечения в производство, приведен прогноз объема выпуска продукции на предстоящий период. Построена производственная функция Кобба-Дугласа и на ее основе рассчитаны производственные показатели. Полученная зависимость максимального значения функции прибыли предприятия от показателей этой функции. Анализ такой зависимости дает возможность оценить значение этих параметров, при которых функция прибыли достигнет максимума. Описаны типы связей между факторами и функцией. Разработаны практические рекомендации по обеспечению конкурентоспособности металлургического предприятия в современных условиях. Определена траектория развития производства предприятия на долгосрочный период.

EN: In the modern market economy and fierce competition, in the conditions of the transition period, the issue of economy and rational use of material resources has become quite relevant. Ensuring the rational use of productive resources for enterprises of the metallurgical industry of Ukraine today is a priority direction of development. Determining the maximum possible volume of output at each given amount of resources, or the minimum possible amount of resources to provide a given volume of output, allows the company to obtain a stable profit and financial stability. In order to effectively manage the production of products, knowledge of quantitative relationships between the amount involved in the production of resources and the volume of products received. This task can be solved by means of the apparatus of production functions. That is why it was decided to use the production function of Kobba-Douglas, which is the most widely used in economic research, to solve the problems «Interpipe». It is based on real economic indicators and can be parameterized. Numerous studies have provided her popularity and wide application in practice, as evidenced by the work of many foreign and domestic authors. The interrelation between the amount of resources involved in the production and the volume of products was studied, the efficiency of the use of resources and the expediency of additional attraction in production were determined, the forecast of the volume of output for the forthcoming period was given. The production function of Cobba-Douglas has been constructed and the production indexes have been calculated. The dependence of the maximum value of the profit function of the enterprise on the indicators of this function was obtained. An analysis of this dependence gives an opportunity to estimate the value of these parameters, in which the profit function reaches a maximum. On the basis of this analysis, an estimate of the numerical values of all parameters was carried out, just to be included in the function of the two-resource partnership. The bouts are held up to the sensibility of the functions of the set-up of the parameters, which are distributed. Types of links between factors and function were described. The optimal use of resources for maximizing profit was determined. Practical recommendations for ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise in modern conditions were developed. The trajectory of development of production of the enterprise for the long-term period was determined.
