Вплив середовища функціонування на інноваційно-інвестиційну діяльність промислових підприємств в Україні

Abstract

UK: Стаття присвячена дослідженню впливу факторів зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища на інноваційно-інвестиційну діяльність промислових підприємств в умовах війни. Проведено аналіз наукових досліджень і звітів, обґрунтовано актуальність вивчення цих факторів та запропоновано робоче визначення інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності. Виділено та проаналізовано ключові зовнішні і внутрішні чинники, що визначають ефективність впровадження інноваційних проєктів, а також окреслено основні виклики, з якими стикаються підприємства в сучасних економічних і безпекових умовах. Робота надає комплексний підхід до оцінки взаємодії середовища та інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності підприємств в умовах воєнного стану, включаючи механізми державної та міжнародної підтримки, а також можливості адаптації стратегій розвитку для підвищення стійкості та конкурентоспроможності.

EN: The article examines the impact of external and internal environmental factors on the innovation and investment activities of industrial enterprises operating under wartime conditions. It presents a detailed analysis of scientific studies, empirical reports, policy documents, and recent statistical data, substantiates the relevance of investigating these factors, and proposes a clear working definition of enterprise innovation and investment activity. The study identifies and thoroughly analyzes key external and internal determinants that shape the effectiveness of implementing innovation projects, while also highlighting the main challenges enterprises face in the current complex economic, political, security, and social environment. A systematic approach is applied to assess how environmental conditions interact with enterprise strategies, including the role of state, regional, and international support mechanisms, as well as opportunities for adaptive strategic management to enhance resilience, operational efficiency, and competitiveness. The research examines how macroeconomic, geopolitical, market, regulatory, and institutional factors, together with internal financial, technological, organizational, and human resource capacities, influence the ability of enterprises to develop, implement, and scale innovative initiatives. Additionally, the study emphasizes the necessity of strategic adaptation, effective resource allocation, and risk mitigation to address disrupted production, constrained financing, workforce shortages, infrastructural challenges, and rapidly changing market demands. By integrating analysis of external and internal environments with enterprise responses, the article provides a comprehensive framework for understanding how industrial organizations can sustain innovation-driven growth, maintain competitive advantage, and strengthen resilience in highly dynamic and challenging wartime conditions, contributing to the overall sustainable development and long-term stability of the industrial sector in Ukraine.
