Організаційно-кооперативні засади виробництва органічної агропромислової продукції

Abstract

UK: У статті досліджено, організаційно-кооперативні засади виробництва органічної агропромислової продукції. Визначено як кооперативи допомагають українським фермерам об’єднуватися та разом розвивати ринок органічної продукції — від вирощування до продажу як всередині країни, так і за кордон. Автори показують, чому люди все більше обирають саме екологічно чисті органічні продукти : вони безпечніші для здоров’я, не шкодять природі, підтримують біорізноманіття та сприяють сталому розвитку сільського господарства в довгостроковій перспективі. Окремо розкрито головні причини, чому попит на таку продукцію стрімко зростає — як у нас в Україні, так і в усьому світі. Завдяки цьому збільшується і пропозиція: фермери бачать реальну вигоду та активно переходять на органічне виробництво, а кооперативи роблять цей шлях простішим і вигіднішим для всіх учасників. Протягом аналізованого періоду світове виробництво органічної продукції істотно зросло — на 171,07 млрд євро, що у 8,8 раза перевищує початковий рівень. Крім того, дослідження показує, що кооперативна взаємодія сприяє поширенню органічних практик серед фермерів. Вона також дозволяє зменшити виробничі витрати завдяки ефекту масштабу та спільному використанню ресурсів. Дослідження обґрунтовують, що кооперація є ефективним інструментом підтримки органічних фермерів. Вона сприяє впорядкуванню виробничих процесів, налагодженню стабільних каналів збуту та підвищенню конкурентоспроможності на ринку органічної продукції. Крім того, кооперативна взаємодія посилює економічну стійкість малих господарств, зменшуючи їхню вразливість до коливань ринку.

EN: The article examines the sources of security in the organization of the credit process of industries and business sectors of the country's national economy. The article is devoted to the current problem of modern formation and development of financial and credit provision of enterprises of various spheres of management of the national economy of the country. The scientific approach to determining the principles of building a financial and credit mechanism in the further development of enterprises of the real financial sector is generalized. It was found that bank lending is an important financial source in providing material resources for the current financial and economic activities of enterprises of various forms of ownership. Trends in the development of the credit process of the country's banks are shown. The dynamics of household deposits attracted by deposit banks from 2005 to 2023 are shown. Calculations of relative and absolute indicators of the deviation of the official exchange rate of the hryvnia against foreign currencies were carried out. A comparative analysis of the official exchange rate of the hryvnia against foreign currencies was conducted for the period under study. It has been proven that bank lending determines the country's economic development. It is shown that bank lending is the main source of financial resources in ensuring reproductive processes in the sphere of the national economy. It is shown that the devaluation of the exchange rate relative to the hryvnia is possible only under the condition of sharp fluctuations of the exchange rate, which plays a key role in the formation of the economic strategy for the further development of the spheres of the national economy and is the main motivating tool for reducing inflation, both in Ukraine and in the world. It has been proven that bank lending determines the country's economic strategy and development. Maintaining exchange rate stability is possible under the condition of returning to inflation targeting and floating exchange rates in the country. The issues require further discussion and further research of socio-economic processes in the direction of expanding the regulatory inflationary mechanism. Accounts payable management policy should be aimed at establishing the target capital construction of domestic enterprises.
