Роль виробничої логістики у підвищенні ефективності підприємства в умовах нестабільного ринку

Abstract

UK: У статті наведено місце та значення виробничої логістики в загальній логістичній системі, а також її роль у підвищенні ефективності діяльності підприємства. Набули подальшого розвитку теоретико-методичні та прикладні засади удосконалення логістичної діяльності підприємства на основі виробничої логістики. Проаналізовані сучасні методи удосконалення виробничого процесу в умовах економічної нестабільності. В роботі доведено, що розвиток виробничої логістики є перспективним напрямом підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємств. Злагоджена робота всіх елементів логістичної діяльності допоможе зменшити витрати підприємства та збільшити виробничі потужності. Аналіз діяльності підприємств в теперішніх складних умовах свідчить про їх здатність адаптуватися під сучасні реалії та стійкість.

EN: The article describes the place and significance of production logistics in the overall logistics system, as well as its role in improving the efficiency of enterprise operations. The theoretical, methodological and applied foundations for improving enterprise logistics based on production logistics have been further developed. The paper proves that the development of production logistics is a promising direction for improving the efficiency of enterprises. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that production logistics occupies a central place among all subsystems of logistics activities, since it integrates the work of supply and sales, directly shapes production costs, determines the speed and flexibility of the enterprise and most significantly affects the final efficiency of its activities. In today’s environment, it is often the level of development of production logistics that becomes the main factor in a company’s competitiveness. To achieve the set goal, scientific publications on production logistics were studied. The following scientific methods were used in writing process: abstract-logical, comparison, grouping, generalization. Research has shown that a significant portion of internal losses incurred by enterprises is caused by inefficient organization of logistics processes in production. Excessive inventories, disruptions in the production cycle, irrational internal movements and insufficient coordination between departments lead to increased costs and reduced productivity. At the same time, these problems can be eliminated without significant investment by implementing a systematic logistics approach and optimizing existing resources. Despite the war, Ukraine’s logistics sector and supply chains continue to function and adapt. This is evident from the fact that: logistics businesses continue to register, albeit with difficulties and the industry is showing signs of resilience rather than collapse; companies are preparing to resume external logistics after the ports are unblocked; Ukraine’s economy is growing even in difficult conditions, which indicates the adaptation of enterprises and their logistics processes.
