Механізм управління інноваційно-цифровим розвитком підприємств агропродовольчої сфери України

Abstract

UK: Сучасний агропродовольчий ринок потребує системного впровадження цифрових технологій та інноваційних рішень для оптимізації виробничих процесів, контролю якості та формування конкурентних переваг. Відсутність цілі-сного підходу до цифровізації призводить до фрагментарних дій і неефективного використання ресурсів. Стаття спрямована на формалізацію механізму управління інноваційно-цифровим розвитком підприємств агропродовольчої сфери України. Запропонована модель базується на системному та процесному підходах і складається з взаємо-пов’язаних блоків: цільового, організаційно-управлінського, технологічного, інформаційно-аналітичного, економіко-фінансового, кадрового та регуляторно-інституційного. Впровадження механізму забезпечує узгодженість дій, під-вищує ефективність управлінських рішень, оптимізує ресурси та сприяє формуванню цифрових компетенцій персоналу, інноваційної культури та конкурентоспроможності підприємств.

EN: The modern agri-food sector requires systematic implementation of digital technologies and innovative solutions to optimize production, enhance quality control, ensure supply chain transparency, and create competitive advantages. In Ukraine, the lack of a holistic approach to digital transformation has led to fragmented initiatives, duplicated efforts, and inefficient resource use. This article formalizes a comprehensive mechanism for managing the innovative and digital development of agri-food enterprises in Ukraine, providing a structured framework to coordinate actions at all organizational levels. The proposed mechanism is based on systemic and process-oriented principles and includes seven interconnected blocks: strategic, organizational-managerial, technological, informational-analytical, economic-financial, human resources, and regulatory-institutional. The strategic block sets the vision, objectives, and KPIs for digital transformation. The organizational-managerial block coordinates internal processes, integrating digital technologies into production, logistics, and sales. The technological block implements AgriTech solutions, including precision agriculture, IoT sensors, drones, satellite monitoring, and blockchain. The informational-analytical block ensures data-driven decisions using Big Data, GIS systems, and predictive market models. The economic-financial block secures stable funding through budgets, grants, and partnerships. The human resources block develops digital competencies, training staff and fostering an innovation-oriented culture. The regulatory-institutional block shapes a favorable external environment through legislation, European standards, and international initiatives. Implementing this mechanism allows enterprises to move from fragmented digital initiatives to a coordinated approach, enhancing decision-making, optimizing resources, reducing risks, and increasing profitability. It also strengthens personnel digital skills, promotes innovation culture, improves adaptability, and supports integration into global supply chains. Overall, the mechanism contributes to sustainable development, long-term competitiveness, and resilient, future-oriented agri-food enterprises capable of leveraging digital technologies for strategic growth and international competitiveness.
