Туристично-рекреаційна екосистема регіону: концептуалізація понять

Abstract

UK: У статті розкрито сутність і зміст низки понять, таких як «туристично-рекреаційні ресурси», «туристи-чно-рекреаційний потенціал», які розширили понятійно-термінологічний апарат регіональної економіки. Запропоновано авторське визначення поняття «туристично-рекреаційні ресурси». Детально згруповано туристично-рекреаційні ресурси у три складові: 1) природні туристично- рекреаційні; 2) культурно-історичні туристично-рекреаційні; 3) соціально-економічні туристично-рекреаційні ресурси. На відміну від інших понять, включено різні ресурси (природні туристично-рекреаційні ресурси, культурно-історичні туристично-рекреаційні ресурси та соціально-економічні (інфраструктурні) туристично-рекреаційні ресурси), які забезпечують функціонування туристично-рекреаційно екосистеми регіону. Оцінено наявні теоретико-методологічні підходи до трактування поняття «туристично-рекреаційний потенціал», виокремлено його основні етапи еволюції.

EN: The article reveals the essence and content of a number of concepts, such as “tourism and recreational resources”, “tourism and recreational potential”, which have expanded the conceptual and terminological apparatus of the regional economy. Proposed the author’s definition the concept of the “tourism and recreational resources”: are a component of the tourist and recreational potential of the region, the involvement of which enables the tourist and recreational ecosystem of the region to function. Tourist and recreational resources are grouped in detail into three components: 1) natural recreational and tourist resources; 2) cultural and historical recreational and tourist resources; 3) socio-economic recreational and tourist resources. Unlike other concepts, various resources are included (natural tourist and recreational resources, cultural and historical tourism and recreational resources and socio-economic (infrastructure) tourist and recreational resources), that ensure the functioning of the tourist and recreational ecosystem of the region. The existing theoretical and methodological approaches to interpreting the concept of “tourism and recreational potential” are evaluated, and its main stages of evolution are identified. The methods of assessing the tourism and recreational potential of the region existing in the economic literature are studied, their essence, the content of indicators and criteria for their assessment are highlighted. Foreign and domestic experience in assessment methods is summarized. The methodology for assessment of the tourism and recreational potential of the region has been improved, too. At the same time, there are a number of other methods in economic science, namely, cost (monetary) assessment of the reserve, tourism, and recreational potential of the region, factor analysis of the tourism and recreational potential of mountainous rural areas, method of integral assessment of the natural and recreational potential of balneological resorts. The obtained results deepen and develop the methodological and methodological basis of scientific research in the tourism and recreational sphere.
