Донбас – головна енергетична артерія України: регіональний аспект, сучасний стан, виклики та наслідки війни

Abstract

UK: Стаття присвячена комплексному аналізу трансформації енергетичної інфраструктури Донбасу в умовах тривалої російсько-української війни та її наслідків для національної енергетичної безпеки. Розкрито історико-географічні, геологічні та економічні передумови формування Донбасу як провідного індустріального центру Ук-раїни, що відігравав вирішальну роль у функціонуванні паливно-енергетичного комплексу держави. Проаналізо-вано сучасний стан промисловості та ресурсної бази регіону, динаміку скорочення видобутку вугілля, руйнування шахт та ін., що спричинили критичне падіння промислової активності й посилили технологічні, економічні та екологічні ризики. Розглянуто питання стратегічного значення сланцевого газу Юзівської площі. Визначено су-часні підходи до оцінювання стійкості енергетичних систем у період війни, а також сформульовано напрями подальших досліджень.

EN: The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the transformation of the energy infrastructure of Donbas in the conditions of the protracted Russian-Ukrainian war and its consequences for national energy security. The historical, geographical, geological and economic prerequisites for the formation of Donbas as a leading industrial center of Ukraine, which played a decisive role in the functioning of the fuel and energy complex of the state, are revealed. The current state of the industry and resource base of the region, the dynamics of the reduction in coal production, the destruction of mines, etc., which caused a critical decline in industrial activity and increased technological, economic and environmental risks, are analyzed. The large-scale consequences of the destruction of thermal power plants, logistics chains, industrial nodes and transport infrastructure, which actually paralyzed the renewability of production capacities, are highlighted. Considerable attention is paid to the analysis of the loss of generation capacities, degradation and flooding of the mine fund, pollution of water resources and the formation of long-term threats to the technogenic and ecological security of the region. Separately, the issue of the strategic importance of the Yuzivska shale gas field, which could become one of the key factors in Ukraine's energy independence and significantly affect the configuration of the European energy market, is considered. Modern approaches to assessing the stability of energy systems during the war are identified, and directions for further research that remain insufficiently developed are formulated. It is substantiated that the war in Donbas had not only geopolitical, but also distinct resource-economic reasons associated with the desire to control deposits, mines, energy infrastructure and industrial centers.. Strategic directions for reconstruction are proposed. The article emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive view of Donbas not as a destroyed industrial region, but as a territory of future recovery and development, which has the potential to become a modernized energy hub of Ukraine after the end of the war.
