Аналіз ефективності хмарних ERP-рішень у бухгалтерському обліку підприємств: український контекст

Abstract

UK: У статті розкрито сутність хмарних ERP-рішень як інструменту цифрової трансформації бухгалтерського обліку підприємств. Висвітлено ключові аспекти їх функціонування: інтеграцію фінансових процесів, автоматизацію операцій, доступ до даних у режимі реального часу та прозорість звітності. Окреслено українське середовище впровадження, що характеризується переходом бізнесу на західні платформи, розвитком цифрової інфраструктури та зростанням попиту на гнучкі ІТ-рішення. Розглянуто структурні зміни ринку ERP, зумовлені міграцією підприємств із локальних систем на хмарні сервіси, а також галузеві особливості — у виробництві, автомобільній сфері та професійних послугах. Визначено переваги: автоматизація банківських звірок, управління витратами й заборгованістю, формування звітності без ручного втручання, інтеграція даних між підрозділами, підвищення безпеки. ERP-рішення забезпечують економічну ефективність, зменшують витрати на ІТ, оптимізують облік, покращують якість фінансової інформації та формують нову модель ведення обліку, орієнтовану на прозорість і стійкий розвиток.

Key aspects include financial process integration, operations automation, real-time data access, and reporting transparency. The Ukrainian environment is characterized by migration from Russian to Western platforms, digital infrastructure development, and growing demand for flexible IT systems aligned with international standards. The Ukrainian ERP market demonstrates structural changes driven by business migration from traditional to cloud systems. Software as a Service category holds dominant position. Highest demand occurs in manufacturing, automotive, and professional services seeking analytics and automation solutions. Small and medium enterprises actively adopt cloud ERP due to economic efficiency.
