Abstract

UK: У статті розглянуто теоретико-методичні засади формування інституційної архітектоніки управління інвестиційною діяльністю підприємств в умовах трансформаційної економіки України. Визначено сутність інституційної архітектоніки як багаторівневої системи узгодження дій державних, фінансових та корпоративних інститутів, що забезпечує стійкість інвестиційного середовища. Проаналізовано сучасні тенденції інвестиційної активності у зерновому секторі, виокремлено чинники впливу на ефективність капіталовкладень, структуру джерел фінансування та роль державної підтримки. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо посилення інституційної узгодженості, розвитку цифрової інфраструктури, створення інвестиційних хабів та системи страхування ризиків. Доведено, що інституційна архітектоніка є базисом інноваційного розвитку й підвищення конкурентоспроможності національної економіки.

EN: The complexity of modern investment ecosystems demands a rethinking of how enterprises build institutional capacity for sustainable growth. In transitional economies, institutional architectonics can be viewed as a multidimensional framework that harmonizes state regulation, financial intermediation, and corporate strategy within a unified investment environment. This framework integrates both formal structures laws, incentives, and standards and informal drivers such as trust, reputation, and social capital. The coherence of these layers determines the resilience of the investment system and the efficiency of capital allocation. In Ukraine, where geopolitical instability reshapes economic priorities, the need for adaptive institutional design is particularly urgent. Enterprises in the grain and agri-food sectors demonstrate how structural coordination between state programs, donor funds, and private initiatives can transform investment risks into development opportunities. The rise of regional investment hubs, digital monitoring systems, and public–private partnerships reflects a shift toward networked governance and transparent decision-making. Institutional architectonics also emphasizes the strategic role of digital transformation. The integration of blockchainbased registries, online investment platforms, and AI-driven forecasting systems enables real-time monitoring of project efficiency and risk management. As a result, the investment process evolves from a static administrative procedure into a dynamic feedback system capable of learning and adaptation. Ultimately, effective investment governance depends on the balance between institutional rigidity and flexibility. The architecture must be strong enough to provide predictability, yet agile enough to respond to shocks and innovations. By institutionalizing coordination, transparency, and accountability, enterprises reinforce not only their competitiveness but also the structural modernization of the national economy. Institutional architectonics thus emerges as both a management philosophy and a developmental imperative for post-war economic reconstruction and integration into the European investment space.
