Біржова торгівля на вітчизняних ринках капіталу та організованих товарних ринках

Abstract

UK: У статті висвітлено економічну сутність біржової торгівлі на організованих ринках товарних і фінансових активів. Визначено основні організаційні та регуляторні аспекти функціонування у сучасних умовах вітчизняних організованих ринків капіталу і організованих товарних ринків унаслідок реформування системи регулювання діяльності товарних і фондових бірж. Наведено переваги біржової торгівлі товарними та фінансовими активами на основі відображення основних функцій, які виконують організовані ринки капіталу та організовані товарні ринки у системі економічних відносин суб’єктів ринку. Наведено класифікацію форм організованої (біржової) торгівлі на вітчизняних ринках капіталу та організованих товарних ринках. Проаналізовано динамічні зміни основних показників функціонування міжнародної біржової торгівлі деривативними контрактами. Наведено оцінку сучасного стану вітчизняної біржової торгівлі на організованих ринках капіталу за даними статистичних звітів НКЦПФР. Визначено основні результати діяльності вітчизняних фондових бірж та наведено перспективні напрями розвитку.

EN: The article highlights the economic essence of exchange trading on organized commodity and financial asset markets. The main organizational and regulatory aspects of domestic organized capital markets and organized commodity markets functioning in modern conditions as a result of the regulation system reform on the commodity and stock exchanges are determined. It is noted that in Ukraine, since 2021, the fundamental approaches to the regulation of organized capital markets and organized commodity markets have changed after the adoption of the Law of Ukraine "On Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets". In accordance with this law, a number of amendments to existing legislative acts were also adopted. The advantages of exchange trading in commodity and financial assets are presented based on the reflection of the main functions performed by organized capital markets and organized commodity markets in the system of economic relations of market entities. It is noted that exchange trading provides a number of important functions to stabilize the market environment through: transparent pricing and forecasting of prices for commodity and financial assets; reduction of price risks based on the hedging mechanism; ensuring the liquidity of exchange trading operations; stabilization of the economic system based on the transfer of free capital. The classification of organized (exchange) trading forms on domestic capital markets and organized commodity markets is presented. The dynamic changes in the main indicators of the international exchange trading in derivative contracts functioning are analyzed. The current state of domestic exchange trading on organized capital markets is assessed according to statistical reports of the National Securities and Markets Commission. In 2024, the value of transactions concluded on domestic stock exchanges reached UAH 656.69 billion, which is 50.5% higher than the previous year and 95.8% higher than the pre-war indicators of 2021. The indicator of the value of transactions concluded on organized capital markets in 2024 amounted to 8.6% of Ukraine's GDP. The main results of the activities of domestic stock exchanges are determined and perspective ways are presented.
