Abstract

UK: У статті розглядається роль цифровізації як рушія глобальних змін, що сприяють трансформації економічних процесів, бізнес-моделей та ринку праці в умовах цифрової економіки. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу впливу цифрових технологій на ключові аспекти розвитку економіки, зокрема на зміну традиційних підходів до ведення бізнесу та організації праці. Підкреслюється необхідність розвитку цифрової інфраструктури, підготовки кваліфікованих кадрів та забезпечення кібербезпеки як основних факторів для досягнення успіху в умовах глобальної цифровізації. Враховуючи швидкий розвиток цифрових технологій, у статті також звертається увага на важливість розробки нових нормативно-правових актів, які повинні регулювати діяльність у цифровому середовищі для збереження прав та інтересів громадян.

EN: The article discusses the role of digitalization as a driver of global changes that contribute to the transformation of economic processes, business models, and the labor market in the context of the digital economy. Special attention is given to analyzing the impact of digital technologies on key aspects of economic development, particularly the change in traditional approaches to business management and labor organization. It is determined how digitalization stimulates the emergence of new business models, adapts the labor market to new conditions, and facilitates the transition to digital platforms that enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises. Digitalization not only transforms traditional business operations but also serves as a catalyst for innovation across industries. The article also emphasizes the importance of integrating Ukraine into the global context of digital changes, as well as strategic directions for the development of the digital economy that will contribute to increasing its competitiveness on the international stage. Digitalization demands new skill sets, particularly in fields like data analysis, cybersecurity, software development, and digital marketing. The necessity of developing digital infrastructure, training qualified personnel, and ensuring Economic space № 206, 2025 23 cybersecurity are highlighted as key factors for achieving success in the era of global digitalization. Furthermore, the article analyzes the challenges faced by countries, particularly Ukraine, in the process of digital transformation and possible ways to overcome them. The prospects for using digital technologies in the development of public administration, healthcare, education, and other socially important sectors are also considered, where digitalization can significantly improve the efficiency of public services and provide more accessible access to them for the population. Given the rapid development of digital technologies, the article also stresses the importance of developing new regulations that should govern activities in the digital environment to protect the rights and interests of citizens.
