Перспективи повоєнного відновлення української економіки на засадах інноваційного розвитку та європейського партнерства на прикладі Запорізького регіону

Abstract

UK: У статті досліджуються перспективи повоєнного відновлення української економіки на прикладі Запорізького регіону. Обґрунтовано, що наслідки, спричиненими повномасштабним вторгненням, потребують не лише фізичної відбудови, а й глибокої трансформації економічної моделі. Авторами наводяться практичні рекомендації щодо модернізації ключових секторів економіки, розвитку людського капіталу, впровадження механізмів «зеленої» відбудови та ефективного використання інструментів європейського партнерства. Доведено необхідність державної підтримки, міжнародної співпраці та активної участі приватного сектору для реалізації екологічно орієнтованої економічної моделі. Запропоновано ключові напрями імплементації зелених технологій, які можуть стати основою для формування регіональних стратегій сталого розвитку України у повоєнний період.

EN: The article explores the prospects for the post-war recovery of the Ukrainian economy on the basis of innovative development and European partnership using the example of the Zaporizhia region. It is substantiated that the consequences caused by the full-scale invasion require not only physical reconstruction, but also a deep transformation of the economic model of the Ukrainian economy. The authors provide practical recommendations for the modernization of key sectors of the economy, the development of human capital, the implementation of mechanisms for "green" reconstruction and the effective use of European partnership instruments. The possibilities of using renewable energy sources, ecological transport, clean production processes, precision agriculture and environmentally friendly services are analyzed. The need for state support, international cooperation and active participation of the private sector for the implementation of an environmentally friendly economic model is proven. Based on international experience and the conducted PEST analysis of the Zaporizhia region, 6 key areas of implementation of green technologies have been proposed, which can become the basis for the formation of regional strategies for sustainable development that meet European environmental standards and open up new prospects for Ukraine's integration into the European space in the post-war period. In particular, it is proposed to implement effective European practices in the field of modernization of the energy system, development of waste processing infrastructure, attraction of investments, restoration of social infrastructure and education. Strengthening human capital through employment, retraining and social support programs, as well as organizing psychological and social reintegration of veterans and internally displaced persons, are identified as important areas. Emphasis is placed on the role of communities in ensuring the transparency and efficiency of reconstruction processes. The proposed approaches will contribute to the formation of a modern, ecologically oriented and socially sustainable model of regional development.
