Філософські проблеми освіти : український аспект

Abstract

UK: Постановка проблеми. У зв’язку з реформуванням вищих навчальних закладів в Україні недостатньо дослідних матеріалів, що можуть допомогти системно та послідовно вирішувати проблему зміни вищої освіти в цілому. Мета статті. Дослідити як зміни у суспільстві вплинули на відношення сучасної молоді до необхідності отримання вищої освіти і дослідити такий процес як «масовізація» вищої освіти. Виклад матеріалу. Процес отримання знань, в силу відомих обставин, значно ускладнився, порушилися традиційні форми, і, відповідно, якісні показники. Про сучасність та актуальність теми освіти і вищої зокрема, свідчить активність її обговорення в літературі. Освіта в Україні стикається с дуже багатьма викликами і перед суспільством постає питання, в якому напрямку потрібно рухатись вищій школі. Сьогодні, як ніколи, освіта в Україні потребує ґрунтовного, філософського осмислення. В статті аналізується філософське питання про необхідність вищої освіти взагалі, спираючись як на наукові дослідження, так і на соціологічні дані, які були отримані в грудні 2024 року серед молоді України. Оскільки тема дуже многогранна, автори зупинились на одному з аспектів підготовки фахівців вищої ланки, це різке збільшення кількості студентів (здобувачів вищої освіти). Констатуючі факти стану сучасної вищої освіти, можна сказати, що вона все більше набуває масового характеру. З цього приводу з’явився новий термін «масовізація» освіти; навіть війна не порушує відсоток молоді, яка вступає до вишу. Висновок. На сучасному етапі вища освіта в Україні має адаптуватися в бік якості, модерності, де вона програє закордонним вишам. У розгорнутому світі можливостей, «вища освіта» залишається важливою, але не є єдиним шляхом до успіху і слід пам’ятати, що вища освіта це той перший крок, який допоможе молодій людині визначити своє місце в суспільстві.

Due to the reform of higher education institutions in Ukraine, there is not enough research materials that can help systematically and consistently solve the problem of the formation of higher education. The purpose of the article. To study how changes in society have influenced the attitude of modern youth to the need to obtain higher education and to investigate such a process as the “massification” of higher education. Presentation of the material. The process of obtaining knowledge, due to certain circumstances, has become significantly more complicated, traditional forms have been disrupted, and, accordingly, qualitative indicators. The modernity and relevance of the topic of education, and higher education in particular, is evidenced by the activity of its discussion in the literature. Education in Ukraine faces many challenges and society is faced with the question of which direction higher education should move. Today, more than ever, education in Ukraine requires a thorough, philosophical reflection. The article analyzes the philosophical question of the need for higher education in general, based on both scientific research and sociological data obtained in December 2024 among the youth of Ukraine. Since the topic is very multifaceted, the authors focused on one aspect of the training of higher education specialists, which is a sharp increase in the number of students (higher education applicants). Stating the facts of the state of modern higher education, we can say that it is increasingly becoming mass. In this regard, a new term “massification” of education has appeared; Even war does not affect the percentage of young people entering higher education. Conclusion. At the present stage, higher education in Ukraine must adapt towards quality, modernity, where it loses to foreign universities. In the vast world of opportunities, “higher education” remains important, but is not the only path to success and it should be remembered that higher education is the first step that will help a young person determine his place in society.
